So this is before and after pictures with Invisalign! I highly recommend going to Great River Orthodontics for all of your needs and wants for straightening your teeth out! I have had nothing but great experiences with them and Invisalign has changed my smile for the better. I no longer have an overbite or crowded teeth. And they even do payments and work with you financially. 28 months later and I am left satisfied. ❤️

I have had Dr. Jacqueline Lin for 11 months now. I couldn’t be happier with her and her crew. Having invisalign with her help was one of the a few best things I did for myself.

Absolutely horrible management and office staff. They reschedule appointments due to some excuse and change the location on you! Ask to get corporates number and was told by office manager you know they will do nothing for you right Beyond disgusted!!!

The care they provide is beyond what I expected, the staff is all very kind and understanding. They will work with you from start to finish with an honest, sincere, and positive attitude. You will walk away smiling. : )

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! The staff here is amazing. They took the time to explain everything about my childs treatment and payment options. They even price matched a different facilitys quote for a similar treatment argreement! The doctor walked us through the recommended procedures and was patient answering all my questions. They were all courteous and made my daughter and I feel at ease about the treatment and care she would receive. They didnt try to push unnecessary procedures and took time to explain all the important details. Thank you so much, ladies!

We have been very happy with the service and care our children have received. The staff is great and with all the great rewards and drawing it’s always exciting to see what will be offered when we go in for our appointments. Our family was lucky enough to win tickets to the Packers family night in 2019. Very highly recommend.

The staff at GRO are so welcoming! I’ll be honest, until Dr. Lin, I did not always have the best experience with a previous doctor (no longer there) or feel like my opinions were being heard and just figured they knew best and that was the best they could do. Dr. Lin listened, and was extremely patient with meeting my tiny imperfections that I just wanted perfect. And took the time to educate me on why my teeth were shifting and how we’re going to fix it for the long run. So incredibly grateful for her and the all the staff!

Amber is absolutely amazing and has the patience of a saint! My son has sensory issues and does not do very well in office, but Amber has been a god send helping him through everything at every appointment. She is a great asset to their team and we appreciate her so very much. 😊

Seriously, don’t bother with this place. We are committed since my daughter’s braces are already on, but maybe I can save others the trouble. The customer service is terrible and good luck getting an appointment if you need it. This place is overbooking and can’t accommodate their patients. If we weren’t locked in, we’d take our business elsewhere.

Love the atmosphere and staff here, happy, helpful, and professional. Just got my braces off today and love how my smile turned out. I give them 5 stars because they are the best orthodontist office in La Crosse and would recommend anyone who asked to them

Not happy with the service we have received in the last year since Holly is no longer their. They dont even know who there customers are. We had a long term plan and when we went in for a consultation. They changed the entire plan on me and tried to charge me more $$$
