I do really enjoy this place! There have been times where I expressed I wasn’t satisfied with a service and still had to pay, which I didn’t like. But honestly…once I found the people who’s services I enjoyed-I do find the membership worth it. I probably won’t renew it again just because of the fine print rules buuuuut still a pretty good staff and environment. Regina is my FAVORITE for massage and I believe the aesthetician was Tammy? She was super knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back and see my girls (:

Mark is amazing!! Probably one of the best massages I have ever had. I prefer firm for working out the knots, and man he did just that. I have nothing but great things to say about him and cannot wait to come back.Im not sure why other reviews are complaining regarding price or staff, you get the service you pay for and Everyone was so sweet. The slaughter location is a bit pushy when it comes to signing up for their membership, but I did not feel that way at the Kyle location. I will def. be back soon.

I had a terrible experience today in Kyle, Texas. I had a 90 Minute Massage scheduled with Amber today and was really looking forward to it. When I arrived I told Amber I had a slight Cough but told her i had 2 Covid Exams and they both came back Negative. After about 15 minutes into the Session I had a slight Cough and she said she no longer felt comfortable working on me. Once again I reassured her I did not have Covid and could show her my Test Results. It was my day off and I drove in from Lockhart for the 90 Minute Massage. I did not feel she was very considerate of my needs and the Massage ended after 15 minutes. I will not be Scheduling another Massage with her.

Jillyan is a great communicator with excellent customer service skills who really put me at ease before my first massage. Everything was explained in advance, and the whole experience was a joy. Clay is a masterful healer who had me melted like butter by the end of the massage. My only complaint is that Clay set the bar too high for future visits. I will definitely be back and look forward to it.The location was clean and everyone seemed to be making safety a priority which I also appreciated.

I went for a 60 minute facial and got it done by Tasha, it was absolutely amazing. If your going to get a facial I definitely recommend her! My skin looked amazing afterwards and left knowing so much more about my skin.

I bought a $120 gift card for my mom and in less than 30 minutes I called them to return it since my mom didnt want the massage, they have this no refund policy, I spoke to the manager and I explained her that during the purchase they didnt tell me about their policy but she didnt helped me out neither, saying (with her passive-aggressive attitude) that I was the one who decided to visit their place to buy the gift card (very disrespectful). Please avoid this place, spend your money with small business instead.

I just received the best massage I have had in my life. I have had 2 back surgeries and have not found anybody that can help my back. However, Clay was amazing and was very professional, attentive, and I came out feeling so much better. I refer Clay to anybody who needs an amazing massage!!!

Hailey at the front desk is rude. And Alex who did my facial rushed through my facial so he could let me know he had to cut me short and leave early. I was still charged my 90 minute session for only 53 minutes.

Dont not go to massage envy!!! I called to complain about the pain they put my husband through and the manager hung up in my face when I told her I was mad that they werent going to do anything about it. HE IS COVERED IN BRUSIES!

The therapists are great, but the policies that go with the packages are frustrating. I explained to the customer service team that between COVID and total knee replacement surgery that my husband who is a home inspector will be out of work for some time. I also have a heart condition and need to be extra careful due to COVID. Jillyan explained that they have a 10 day cancellation policy and they are planning to charge me for another credit (for a total of $140) that I wont be able to use unless I come back. I was 2 days late on cancelling 10 days in advance of them charging me for another credit. Seems like a customer service fail to me and I will not be back. :(

$120 for a 60 minute massage is ridiculous. Id rather support the small businesses that only charge $70-$90

I love a good massage, but I love great customer service even more! My massage therapist, Roxana, did a wonderful job addressing my concerns by understanding that my body holds on to stress in concentrated areas. She spent extra time where I asked her to, and made me feel comfortable right from the start.She was just one part of the whole experience, however! Marissa and Amy at the front desk were also exceptional! Marissa scheduled my appointment by phone, and she was also working when I made it in, so I got to meet this friendly staff member in person! Both she and Amy were incredibly informative regarding their hours, fees, scheduling, and membership program. However, I never felt pressured to commit to anything or schedule for my next appointment. It was as if I was receiving a referral from good friends!Front desk staff offer the first and last impression clients receive from a place of business. For those front desk staff members like Marissa and Amy who take the time to provide exceptional customer service, they are unsung heroes in my opinion. My massage was great. But, my repeat business at Massage Envy Kyle really rests on the incredible service I received from Marissa and Amy. Thank you for making my first visit a fun and happy one, ladies!

I always get amazing and timely service. The front desk is super friendly. The service itself is worth every bit of the monthly package. I can’t handle tough pressure and they found the right people for me to match my needs.

I recently had plastic surgery and as part of my recovery I need to get lymphatic drainage massages. I called and right away the person in the phone informed me that they had someone very well trained in lymphatic drainage, it was a perfect match! Debora is so AMAZING, I walked in there so stiff and sore but she took care of all of that. In addition I have always had back issues and she is taking care of that too. I see her once a week and I have never felt better, Debora has made my recovery a walk in the park. She has so much experience and knowledge that I promise she will take good care of you too.

I wanted to write a review about the manager. I had made an appointment Tuesday afternoon & when I went in today she said I wasn’t scheduled. I was very frustrated and she handled the situation as a manger should; firm, but respectful. I appreciate all of her help accommodating my wants. Clean, comfortable and professional. All of the services I have received from the Kyle location have been exceptional. The upgrades for both facials and massages are worth the extra money and are very affordable. If you havent tried Massage Envy, they have a great introductory price for a one hour massage or facial. I have been a member for years and it is worth every penny.

My daughter went for a massage with a gift certificate I bought her and was not happy with the service. The lady giving her massage didnt stop talking and talked politics and how to raise her children. You go to be relaxed and not talked to the entire time. If you pay $60.00+, you want to be relaxed. I have a $60.00 gift certificate and am hesitant to use it at this location

I would not visit this location. Try another Massage Envy but not the one in Kyle.

Jen is amazing! She is not only great with relaxation, but has been a godsend for my prenatal experience. She is extremely knowledgeable about pregnancy and how massage can affect your body through the the trimesters. I highly recommend her for anyone wanting a fabulous massage!

Whatever you do - do NOT get hooked into the “membership” plan. They make it sound SO good Before you sign up - but what they don’t tell you (but is in the fine print of contract) is that if you let them accumulate and then want to end the contract - they only give you a short time period to use all the ones you already paid for! Also, even though they make it sound like you can go use your membership anywhere - if you move to another state as I have- they can stick it to you (once again in the fine print) to cough up more $$$ money $$$ saying it’s their “area cost” or some other nonsense. Fair Warning- whatever you do - DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR ”MEMBERSHIP” PROGRAM!!! Worst part is that I only signed up as a Anniversary gift to my wife so we could go together- and now they have turned it into a nightmare having to deal with them!!

I had an excellent massage and massage therapist. Regina was knowledgeable, professional, and was downright good at her job.My only gripe is for having an atmosphere room (or so I think it was called). Which is just a second, smaller waiting room in which you can more intimately ignore the strangers around you. I think the idea is a little silly, I was just as comfortable in the first waiting room.4/5 would recommend.

Had such a great facial with Tracy last month that I’m booked to go again this month. Tracy really knows her stuff and did a great facial without pressuring me about purchasing products. I went in for mother’s day and had Sharon as a therapist. I am 30 weeks pregnant and she was so personable, but also did the best job on my shoulders!!!! I always have issues an felt looser after. The only downside is that it wasn’t longer and I had 90mins!! But also again Sharon was so awesome I genuinely enjoyed her company and her skill.

I had my first massage here last week I was a little concern about my massage since I booked it late and didnt think I would like the service since it was a late appt, and it was better than expected, so great I signed up for a membership, Clay was wonderful. If I could give a 0 star I would. I did a 1 year subscription and called to speak with a rep to see when the subscription ended because I wanted to end the subscription. The manager told me I had 1 more month and it would be done. They then bill me for a 13th month. Never telling me I had to call BACK to request a cancellation by signature. And if I dont pay the 13th month, I would lose all credits and only then would I be able to cancel. I cant stand deceitful business with zero integrity. The services arent even that good. Definitely wouldnt do business here. Total con

I love, love, love Massage Envy in Kyle TX. My masseuse Jenn is amazing. I have been going to her for the last few months and she is very personable and cares about her customers. I am in my 2nd year of membership at ME and they have a lifetime member in me. Try them out, you wont be disappointed :)

Staff are very kind and helpful. One time I did get a bed that did not have a heater which is so minor, but I’m a Texas girl and like the warmth. I’ve been a dozen other times and been fine, though.

Ive had two Skin Care treatments at Massage Envy in Kyle from Tracy. I found the treatments to be relaxing and I liked how my skin felt afterwards. I highly recommend checking it out. Im looking forward to my next one!

I went for a deep tissue massage and a facial two days ago. I’ve been going to this massage Envy in KYLE since January. The deep tissue massage with Sharon was amazing and I really enjoyed my facial with I think was Amy. So next day my face feels a little weird and today is totally irritated. I go in to ME and the manager says she doesn’t see anything. She does call an aesthetician to see me, the girl was very nice and said it was probably a reaction to the retinol, put some special lotion on my face that said would help with the sensitivity and told me to go to a dermatologist if it continued. The manager didn’t say anything else. I felt really mistreated. I feel if you are a manager your number 1 priority should be your clients well being. She could have care a less about me. If I have to go to a dermatologist then who is paying ??? I can pay but they messed up my skin and the manager didn’t give a darn. If I could give her a 0 rating while the other ladies work their butts off I would. She doesn’t belong in a customer service position at all!!!!

Massag envy in kyle is the place to go!!! All the ladies in the front are extremely nice and cordial, very helpful and make you feel relaxex and welcome. Sitting area is calm and relaxing aswell. And Miss Jenn is the best!!!! Been going there for a while and everytime helps me with all the knots and facia and makes everything just feel better and she knows exactly what shes doing, especially if your at the gym all the time like myself and need the extra attention and work. If you have to travel a little it is still worth it by far!! And the rooms are very clean,comfortable and calming in their own right. Dont think just set an appointment and they will take care of you.
