Sitting now for more than 2 hours. Says the wait time is only 1 hour 4 minutes. They are way off on their time. Looks like if you log on on-line you are placed ahead of those that are already here and waiting. Won’t use this place again. They should also have last names up on the board so you know when you are next.

My husband and myslef used there FREE covid-19 testing the test was done on july 2nd and it is now the 13th and i have not reserved any results or information when i called the hot line it took over an hour to get a hold of anyone to find out that all they could do is send an email to there supervisor and they would get back to me in 24h funny thing i called friday the 10th and got the same answer and no call or email so i asked today about that the lady then said oh we dont work weekends amd neither dose the lab we use!!then i asked why dont you change your advertising about your wait times? the lady then said well thats not on use if it takes longer then we advertise its the labs fault because we have to wait for the results.. so here is what i herd they are false advertising wait times and they are not contacting there customers when longer wait times occur it take an hour or longer to get a hold of anyone on the phone because they are SOOO busy but they dont work weekends nor dose the lab they use and any delays are not there fault but they are the ones advertising it!!ya NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE CVS FOR ANYTHING AND I SHOPPED THERE ALL THE TIME!

I checked in online to reserve my place in line. I was to be there for my place in line 5 minutes early for my designated 11:44 place in line. I arrived at 11:37. At that time the NP was helping an older couple register via the Minute Clinic computer system. My name was on the screen as the next in line with a 0 minute wait time showing. It was the only name on the screen. Right after helping to check the older couple in, the NP took them back and I had to wait an hour. So, in all, she took 2 people in front of me, even though I had followed their protocol for line reservation. She made no apologies. Why have the hold your place in line option if the employee running it disregards the rules...

Overpriced!! Didnt tell me it would be nearly $300 until the end of the visit! Not happy at all with the visit.

Have visited this location three times and each time was surprised by the lack either of ability or professionalism. Time 1. Received an incomplete physical by female NP who wouldnt check for hernias on males Time 2. Was cut in line via their faulty/glitchy electronic check-in system Time 3. Was turned away with an ailing toddler to the Minute Clinics inability to medically assist children under 12 years. The Med-Express Urgent Care down the street helped us right away.

Horrible customer service and patient care. Places like this are the reason we do not do our medical care in Kokomo.

After waiting 30 minutes and pre-registering the lady took other patients ahead of me. She informed me that they reserved a spot online and that I could do the same, since my time had run out towards the end of the day. So, today I tried to reserve a spot online and theonline app. Would not allow me to reserve a spot.Now i have waited 20 minutes on the phone, only to end up talking to someone on a national line. He tried to call them and they wouldnt answer. The CVS MINUTE CLINIC IS A JOKE. I only hope that you do not trust CVS with the health of a loved one.
