Did a great work , surgery no lessAnd Mr Miller had great follow through

They have a phone number they never answer. Ive tried calling several times, it will ring once and then go to a recorded message that says the office is closed. Im calling during business hours.

Very satisfied with Dr. Miller’s care start to finish. This included major surgery. He put me in immediately when I needed it. Went through all the steps with total explanations of everything. Follow up was the very same. All I can say is he’s a wonderful doctor and I sure am glad he was there for me. Great bedside manner also!

He is a great Urologist! Answers your questions, is very patient. Takes good care of his patients.

Very professional with me and never was I left in the waiting room! Always in and out! Doc got straight to work and I was out the door in about 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Dr. Miller was very knowledgeable in what was ordered but, his manner of making the patient comfortable was lacking. Dr. Miller had a female come in the room where the procedure was taking place, that part didnt concern me, its when Dr. Miller was finished with the procedure with the female still in the room Dr. Miller very quickly pulled the paper sheet off of me wadding it up leaving me completely exposed to the female. The female should have been advised to either look the other way or be allowed to leave but, Dr. Miller didnt have the common courtesy to his patient to suggest it to the female.WILL NOT GO BACK TO KOKOMO UROLOGY EVER AGAIN.TOO EMBARRASSED,

Appointment was at 3. We sat in waiting area until 355. It is now 415 and still have not seen a Dr.Very disappointed up to this point.

First off I got a referral from the VA to go here and was booked an appointment 3 months out without asking me if I could even do that day/time.Went there today (10/4/2018)… got there half hour early to my scheduled time with paperwork already filled out. Asked the front desk staff if the Dr. was running on time and informed them I have class at 330 and could not afford for them to be running half hour late. (mind you this was at 2:30)… I was quickly taken back for vitals and was told the Dr. would be right in.40 minutes later still no doctor... I left at 3:20 without being seen and the front staff looked shocked when I said I had to go because Im going to be late for class...I really dont understand how that couldnt have been made more clear... not an apology, would you like to reschedule?, nothing.... I just get okay Ill let him knowI have a low tolerance for incompetence.

Very friendly staff. Dr doesnt treat you like just another patient.

Pretty much just a number and $$$$.
