I am so beyond upset with the appointment I had with Dr Franco. The only thing she had to say to me was that I needed weight loss surgery. WHAT?! MAAM?! This pain has been happening long before I was this overweight. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY BACK. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. AND YOU HAD THE AUDACITY to not even order any scans or tests, to check or ask any questions, but again, the AUDACITY to come in the room and say you need weight loss surgery and send me on my way. You are now the 3rd doctor out of 4 I have seen for my pain who refuses to listen and only looks at someones weight. Absolutely disgusting. I truly had hope for this place that they would help me after seeing a spine specialist and determining my spine was not the problem. I already had mental health problems and now my suicidal thoughts are raging. I am unfortunately going to have to call a behavioral health place because Im scared FOR MYSELF because Im at a point with this pain that unless I severely injure myself so someone believes me, or I kill myself; Ill get nowhere. I hope you are happy Dr Franco that you have proven the stereotype of doctors not giving a f*** about people if they are overweight in slightest.

First off I had to give you one star to leave my message second of all this Clinic is is a joke they never call your prescription in like youre supposed to youre out of prescriptions and when you need it to be able to function and walk in a day-to-day basis you cant even get your medicine out here you have to literally threaten them to take them to the board to get it for strips. And then they start you injections it makes your life even more complicated in hurt worse I work before my daughters cats and dogs to this clinic to get help for their walking issues because theyre old let alone anything else

I actually have really good interactions with this place so far (I have been a patient for about 2 months now). I find positivity and a healthy dose of gratitude goes a long way. I have seen many complaints, and I understand why they are complaints, but I also know that if you are proactive, and polite, and maybe even have a good sense of humor, it helps. I am currently receiving treatments for a herniated disc, and this is not something that is easy to get, and you have to keep trying. The radiography procedures take time, and you have to keep going back and keep trying. Dont give up! I am seeing Dr. Franco, and up to this point, I really do like her, as well as all of the staff I have encountered. I didnt like it at first that they require urine tests for every appointment, and the way that they only prescribe 1 or 2 weeks of pain medications, and like others felt I was being treated like an adict, which I am far from... but I hope that in the end, the inconveniences will be far overshadowed by the results - so far so good.

I have been seeing Dr. Shazia Siddiqui and Laura Peacock for a few years now. They are both professional, friendly, and always listen to you. I would recommend them for pain management. The staff is friendly and helpful as well!

My Dr is awsome Ive been going 2 him for bout 5yrs. Only major problem and I see Im not the only one getting my refills this has been a big issue for months and months.

Im tired of being treated like Im a druggie at this office by the new doctor that Ive only seen 4-5x since she came to this office in January 2020. Im on only 1 narcotic that is prescribed by her and that is it and she determined to cut me back on it and has ordered narcan. Ive been on the same medication for 21 yrs and have never OD on it, take it as prescribed and cutting it back on me will interfere with what daily activities I am able to do. I live by myself in my home and I have to be able to function like a normal person and need my medication to do that.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to become a patient at this clinic theyre very unprofessional theyre very rude and they never return calls and dr Franco is possessed with giving all patients injections if they dont need them and if you refuse they will terminate you as a patient i need a walking cane and they never contacted lincare to proceed the paperwork so I could get my walking cane they are terrible people I needed my monthly prescription and they only gave me a week supply while I sit in pain need to be investigated

Trying to get your prescriptions called in is ridiculous . they are constantly changing their process without informing patients even to get non narcotics. I really wish there was another place in town.

Doctors and nurses are very friendly and helpful.

All ok now bc Dr. Franco made it right with me, this place isnt too bad. Life is rough for all of us at the moment. So Thank You Dr. Franco & wish the best for you & your new addition to the Family.

They charged me $468 and the didn’t do a thing for me. The doctor didn’t even sit down and talk to me. They made me drug test on the way out. I didn’t get any medication (didn’t ask for anything). They did nothing for my back pain. He suggested an MRI and a shot. It took two weeks for them to call me. I told them to forget it that I wasn’t happy. They sent me a letter and copied my GP that I had self-terminated.

So many problems with prescription refills. Among other issues. Actual doctor is a nice guy and seems to care, but a lot of the staff and other doctors there do not care about you as a patient.

They went ahead and wrote out my prescription so it would be ready for me when I ran out. When I picked up my prescription I didnt notice the date on it had already expired. So I had to wait another day before I could get my prescriptions filled. All the doctors office had to do was call my pharmacy and OK the prescription to get it filled. I called them at 2 PM and left several messages for them just to call but they never did. Now I have to wait another day for my prescriptions. Its ridiculous. A person on prescription pain medicine cannot go days without it. For one theyre in pain and for two their body goes into shock. It can also cause a lot of health problems. Dr Martinez is a great doctor. He figured out what was wrong with me because my other pain doctor didnt. Hes very nice and understanding. I would love for him to work somewhere else that cared as much as he does. I would definitely follow him. And for injections u barely feel it. He does everything he can to make u comfortable. Best doctor around.

Dr. Martinez is the bomd doctor he listens to his patients, and is very good about doing whats best and he does check all medical background records thank God there is a doctor that cares about our health and not just handing out mess people dont need. Thank You Lord 🙌 for a loving and witch is so very few caring doctors.

This office likes to treat its patients like addicts! They are more worried about saving face with the state and dea than legitimately prescribing pain relief. If you can avoid this place, do so!

They give people Suboxone that arent even on opiates. How? Why? This behavior is the kind that gives medication assisted treatment a bad name.

This place was a joke.The Dr.wanted to cut my medication by a quarter a month plus cut down on my milligrams. My pain level doubled.Done after 2 visits.Dr. downplayed my pain.

Dont have to sir in the waiting room for long. They get you quick. My doctor is real good.

I have had nothing but trouble at this place, I do exactly what they tell me to do and they do nothing useful in return. They asked me to call on Monday so I did no one bothered to call me back I proceeded to call every day for 6 days before getting any response then the meds they prescribed I had a allergic reaction to so instead of seeing me to prescribe something different they punish me by telling me they will do nothing for me until January like it is my fault I had an allergic reaction to it. Please this place is about as useless as can be!

Dr. Martinez suggested a pain stimulator for my back and foot pain. I was very unsure of how this would actually work. Almost immediately after the trial stimulator. was placed I began experiencing relief of my pain. I have about 50% relief in pain and about 75% improved mobility. Im really grateful to Dr. Martinez and his staff!

I suffer from migraines my neurologist called in medicine so called plain clinic to get approval the nurse said she would call before end of day!!!! Day two they call to tell me I have appointment coming up but she said she cant do anything I thought shed at least send message to the other staff and for that reason im done!!!! Anyone who suffers from migraines can understand the pain and waiting and being told its not their place to do anything is bull they could contact the other staff

Dr Martinez is professional and patient comicates every step through out the injection making sure I am comfortable. After the injection he checks for percent of relief and offers alternative treatment plan if needed. At each visit he ask if anything knew has developed. He has a strong understanding of crps pain and the effects on the body.

Dr Martinez is great..I really love him and the young man that always checks us in

I have never in my life been to a more non-clean, bug infested establishment. My very first visit there, there were bed bugs in the main lobby AND in the room I was brought back to. The staff are cold, rude and very unkind. Another visit, the guy that brought me back, without using hand sanitizer that is mounted to the wall, nor did he put gloves on from the 3 boxes that were in that room, started setting up my medicine, cleaning swabs, and needles. Put them on a dirty, thick layer of dust, Table. Then after the doctor gave me my injections, HE himself threw the needles away in a regular trash can. I have pictures of EVERYTHING but kept my mouth shut because I needed help with my back that has fibromyalgia, degenerative discs, and arthritis in it and I was afraid that if I said anything, I’d be let go as a patient. But after several unpleasant visits, crying every time I had to go and/or leave that office, my husband finally told me I needed to stand up for myself and talk to Dr. Kavi, but to just be respectful in doing so. I kindly talk to him about all my issues and he immediately turns cold, makes insinuations that I’m not taking my meds properly, takes me off my main pain medication, STILL schedules a procedure for later in the month, then two days later I get a letter in the mail that I was terminated due to multiple inconsistent drug screens?!?!?!? The letter was dated for the SAME DAY that I talked to him about my issues there. Having said that, I am now red flagged at every pain management because of my records from him showing inconsistent drug tests. I cannot find a single Dr. to take me on as a patient because of this office. I feel that anyone can doctor a piece of paper to save their license. I have pictures of everything from the bed bugs, to the needles in the regular trash bin and STILL can’t get a Dr to take me on. I pray that everyone reading this and/or searching for a pain management Dr, that they take extreme caution in choosing this Dr. I cry daily because of my pain and knowing that I’ve never even had a speeding ticket let alone been in any kind of trouble for “drugs” yet cant find anyone that will believe and/or help me. I wish I knew how to upload the pictures to back my reasonings for this bad review. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 Star I had to give to write a review

I love Dr. Martinez. He actually takes the time to understand what your concerns are looks at you as a human being . Thank God for him

Its been awhile but I still have nightmares, This is the absolute worse place for someone in REAL pain to go! The Doctor that treated me did so in a manner that was inappropriate. By cutting meds without a good reason, and then injections that made me worse. Good luck, Should you choose kokomo.

I would like to acknowledge that Dr. Martinez of Lafayette pain clinic has completed cured me with his expertise and professionalize. he has cured me of the painful stenosis in my right lumbar region. He utilized lumbar neurotomy technique (for procedure) completed October 2nd and as of today I am experiencing no pain. I am more than grateful for the doctor and his staff. I would highly recommend anyone in pain to come and see what they can do for them. All of the staff assisted me and it was a wonderful experience even though I was in pain. Dr Martinez and his staff at Lafayette Pain Care in Kokomo-IN are amazing and genuinely care about their patients. I was diagnosed with Chronic Pancreatitis 18 years ago and for the first time I am completely off oral pain medication (without any withdrawals whatsoever ) thanks to the Medronic PTM which is a pain pump. I can finally begin doing things I havent been able to do in years and Im becoming the dependable grandma, mom, and friend lve always wanted to be. Words cannot express my gratitude.

This places is a joke the doctor didnt even know what he was talking about when it came to my care. Its sad it makes you rate it to leave a post. You dont even get one star from me

This place is a joke, if you want to be treated like scum and acdrug addict this is the place to go, took my wife to her first appointment after seeing another doctor for about 7 years but our insurance changed and had to find another Dr. for her serious back problems, we came prepared with MRI’s and a file of her history which the doctor did not even look at. He instantly cut her meds in half without taking the time to even talk about her issues which is two blown discs, two herniated and arthritis in her spine and knees, you are forced to go every month for urine testing instead of every three weeks with old dr. Also never answer the phone and are totally insane how meds are refilled!! Do not go here unless you want to be treated like a child and drug addict and like to be treated with no respect. They will not last long, we gave them a little over 2 months to get our business but it was a total joke, did not offer injections once for her pain, all they want to do is hand out pills but on their terms only. I could go on and on about how horrible it is and it seems every other customer feels the same when we are there! Take the trip to Carmel or Noblesville and see professional doctors that sit down and talk and help with your pain! Total joke and hope to see them leave our town because they are an embarrassment to the medical practice!

Pain free Pain Care if youre scared of injections this is a place to go I have had injections done by several previous doctors and Ive always felt some pain Dr Martinez is awesome he has done several injections for me and I have felt absolutely no pain he and his staff take time to explain the procedure and you can tell they truly care ...

This place is ridiculous! I had been going there for a couple yrs, and the doctor tells you what they want you to hear and then does what he wants if you question it, it seems to fall on deaf ears. I myself was excited to get the injections but unfortunately they don’t agree with me I am unable to move when I get them and the pain is unbearable I was crying and praying for the regular pain to come back? I called during those days and left messages for the nurse and doctor and never heard a thing I was scared and just needed to know if my reactions to those injections was normal finally after never receiving a call I call the Lafayette place and they we very helpful Thank God, then a day or so later the nurse from the Kokomo office called to check on me ( which she did answer questions I had)I told her I left messages and all that had been happening, she acted clueless and just wanted to know on a scale of 1-10 my pain before and after so I told her she told me she would leave a note for the doctor and he would be calling.... the last time I spoke to them besides today was after my appointment that was the 23rd of February, I contacted them today to cancel my contract with them and any further appointments I might have she had the nerve to ask why and I told her all she could say was I’m sorry you feel that way, like all that never took place or I’m lying so I’m glad to be gone from there just to let anyone who reads this I am not a narcotic seeker I really had faith in those injections and was excited to be normal again but they just want to push injections that don’t work the push pills on you they don’t listen to your concerns in my eyes they aren’t any but legal drug dealers! Think twice before you go here if you are looking for a doctor to listen and care you are choosing the wrong place!
