He is a great Doctor, he is the one who find out that I have Blood Pressure. Before I went too many places, about whats is going with me. Nobody tells me, what was going on with me. Only Doctor Robert tells me. Hes the only one. Now I know whats going with me.

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because NP Mr. Martin is a good listener. He will take the time to hear what you have to say. Otherwise, this place is Spanish speaking. My husband and family are from Mexico, so I can understand broken English pretty well. I called to get a prescription refill because I only had a few left. Nothing unusual, I called to get a refill. From the time we started talking, I really couldnt understand, but I think she said I needed an apt. I stated that I was just in there a little over a month ago and the NP said he would go ahead and put one in while I was there. He obviously didnt so I called and again she said I still needed a APT. I work the same hours your open and cant get another day off for awhile. I only have a few left and need them ASAP. Im on a SSRI and cant skip a dose. Then the Manager gets on the phone calls me rude and begins speaking to me like a child. Again, this is Farragut. I feel like this place should be a little higher in Class. Whom ever I spoke to ( The Manager ) I would Like to talk to you again and teach you how to speak to others. This might help you with your attitude problem. Your not GOD !!

ATTENTION !! attention to the entire Hispanic community this is the worst place to visit for the reason that they dont help people just want money I was in that place three weeks ago and asked them to send me the bill to my house the laboratory exams they asked me if I wanted to pay there oh I was getting ready with the laboratory I agreed to pay the laboratory but then they wanted me to pay them they didnt want to attend to me or give information about my results or send the test results blood to my other doctor what is illegal can not deny medical records from doctor to doctor now if you have the same thing happened with that place report it to the state this is not good to take advantage of the community with their lies that help to the Hispanic community go to other places is cheaper and do not lie to them otherwise my appointment was at a certain time I thought it was at another time so I was late for the appointment with mo many of us I think that happens to us we are not machines to make everything perfect and a woman who works in this place told me that we should be punctual what I understand that yes but I explained that he had confused me with the time of my He said that they were trying to educate the Hispanic community that they were responsible and punctual as white people so it is unacceptable that you go to a place to seek medical help and treat and discriminate in that way now in this place and pure Hispanic I almost understand that many of us sometimes go for the language that is better we understand each other better in our language but do not let yourself be humiliated or robbed of these people who charge, I do not know how much and they pay the laboratory less and I am not the first one who has bad experience with these people who do not do their job as a professional I know more people who have the same thing happened please review their cases with this doctor so that they do not have to spend bad times until l EGO friends
