Dr Nadrous was very kind, very informative about the drugs I am on and the side effects, and how lack of sleep can cause the need for some of them. I highly recommend him.

After bringing home my at home study, which I kept pulling off and getting wrapped up in as I roll when I sleep, then going for an overnight at the sleep center in my town it was determined I have sleep apnea. After struggling for many months, Id have to sit up for 20-30 minutes with my pillows on and slowly lay myself down, still feeling like my breath was being taken from me instead of given to me, panic attacks, rolling up in the hose, waking up and I had taken it off in my sleep and hung it up. They adjusted my pressure after it being where the machine adjusted for me. I had surgery where there removed some of the bone off of the bones in my sinuses to create more room in my sinuses. I eventually just quit wearing it. My doctor sent me to the sleep doctor, (who I hadnt seen prior, just straight into the at home and at hospital study) told her the issues I was having and she was rude and condescending. How about a lets see what we can do to fix this? Nope. So I looked around and found the Pulmonary and Sleep consultants. They had a 4.7 review average, the one at Cumberland Medical Center had a 2.3. I called my primary and asked if I needed a referral, I did not, so I called and made an appointment. What a difference in patient care! After reading my records they understood before even seeing me what the problem was. Not everyone can tolerate a C-Pap machine, there was fault with just giving me a sleep study, giving me a machine and sending me on my merry way, and the surgery was unnecessary. I will be having a new study, giving me a baseline to see exactly what the issues are and then a follow-up study to determine the type of machine needed if any. Taking my medications into account, it may not be a true apnea, but medically induced. Sounds more like I need a Bi-Pap They explained everything step by step, were compassionate and caring and LISTENED! They didnt rush me through my appointment, they took all the time I needed. I look forward to figuring this out with them. They are worth the hour drive to get there.Edit 7/8/2021 After further testing it was determined I didnt have any apnea, I have narcolepsy! Melissa Blair is the sweetest, most caring lady. She didnt stop until they had me figured out. Thank you!

The wait time was a bit longer than Id hoped, but I chalk that up to COVID-19 quarantine and everyone playing catch-up with their appointments. The staff was warm, professional, caring, and truly took their time once I was seen. I appreciated the attention to detail and patience. Thank you very much.

This is our 3rd visit. Our original pulmonologist retired and DOL sent us here. They can’t understand that we have a sleep doctor and it’s NOT Dr Nadrous. We waited almost 4 hrs before being seen the first time. The second time we made an early morning appointment because the nurse told us that’s how to make sure you don’t have to wait. We drove 45-60 minutes, just to be told ( after doing the PFT) that the dr was not here due to covid In His family. We understand that, but have the decency to call and see if we want to reschedule everything for the same day. This is the third time being here. The appointment was for 8:15, they don’t open till 9. It is now 9:30 and we’ve not seen the dr. Nobody here knows what a physician statement form is for disability. We have had to have these filled out regularly.Today’s appointment went better however.

I waited almost 1 1/2 hours before being called back. I Inquired at the front desk about the lateness of my appointment. I was told no one jumped in front of me. Later I found out that comment was wrong. I was told COVID was slowing them down. I suspect not that much. My time with Dr Nadrous was great as usual. My sense is the office workers lost sight of the importance of their customers and invested too heavily in the mechanics of their jobs. We are real people deserving better treatment. Lesson learned: Always treat the one holding the purse with utmost respect and attention.
