My wife purchased a massage from this woman and had tried numerous times to schedule her appointment.after leaving numerous emails and phone messages, still no replies.Finally getting in touch with her, she was very rude on the phone and extremely unhelpful.Don’t bother.STAY AWAY.VERY FAR AWAY.

Well, the good news is I got one email response from her asking for times and day that would work. I emailed back and never got another response. I reached out with two more emails just to follow up to see when a time would work for her and never received anything back. By the way, I reached out over a month ago to get an appointment, most message places can get you in with in a week or so but I understand if she is that busy, but based on this experience and what others are saying, I am not sure how. I would recommend going to another establishment. I also feel bad for the person that bought me the gift, which I think is a huge bummer.

I bought a Groupon in December and made an appointment for April 2nd at 11:00am. This was for my birthday (April 1). Stacy text me in January and let me know she had an earlier appointment in February if I wanted to come sooner. I told her I wanted to keep my April 2nd appointment because I planned the day for my birthday. She said “ok, that’s fine”. I show up today and she’s no where to be seen. I called and she told me I didn’t have an appointment and was EXTREMELY rude. I have the texts between the two of us confirming my appointment. Yet, she didn’t show up, and she didn’t even have the decency to text or call me to cancel!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I purchased a Groupon and have tried to set an appointment multiple times with no response. I called and emailed multiple times since the link on her website to enter contact info is broken. I can provide proof of attempts if this is disputed.

This was my first massage with this business. I absolutely loved it. She was very professional and very informative. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my first appointment due to illness, but luckily making a new appointment was very easy. I’ve had one massage before, with a different masseuse, and after I was very sore, but this time I feel great. I walked into the room and felt instantly relaxed, so relaxed I fell asleep on the table 😂You won’t be disappointed. Ill definitely be back!

Ive been going to Stacy for about 6 months if time doesnt say enough. She is a nice kind spirit to enjoy. She is very knowledgeable of her job which always makes me comfortable. I feel energized and refreshed after every session. If youre reading this you have to try Stacy out shes AWESOME.

Booked this appointment January 31, and was unable to get an appointment until May since I was using Groupon. She confirmed my appointment on March 9. I received 2 confirmation emails and was happy that she was taking pre-cautions with all this Covid-19 mess going on (one email was on Saturday and one yesterday as the appointment was today). Today, I received an text message stating that she was canceling my appointment but would reschedule for next week as she had a dry throat and a cold due to the changes in the weather. I told her I could not do the new appointment as I had made arrangements in my schedule for this appointment and would trade the voucher in for something else. She then blows up my phone talking about how busy she is and what not. Im at work and dont have time for this so I just blocked her number.

She was tender and careful. She has a great ability to make you relax in ways you haven’t in years. She definitely has the Gift of Touch.

Stacy Breeden provides an excellent and true to advertised therapeutic reflexology massage. I have had several relaxation as well as deep tissue massages over the years, but this was the first time I ever felt both healed and rejuvenated from the experience. She found a few muscle knots in my shoulders and managed to work them loose in addition to sticking to the full reflexology treatment.Stacy was immediately available at my appointed time, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and explained the science behind the reflexology method which was nice as I had never had a reflexology massage. The room was perfectly appointed with soothing wave sounds and dimmed lights. I look forward to my next appointment and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at the hands of a professional and experienced massage therapist. My wife had visited Stacy prior on a Groupon I bought her as a gift and was so impressed she purchased additional massage packages. I simply cant say enough nice things about Stacy and her practice.

Stacy is really gifted...an excellent massage therapist and just a precious person to talk with. However, you will have to be flexible and patient as she does frequently reschedule or cancel appointments.

Stacey is the most unprofessional person Ive ever come in contact with. I made an appointment with her almost 2 weeks ago. I waited in Knoxville for 2 hours after work for this appointment instead of going home (I live over an hour away and had to come to Knoxville for work on this particular day, which I do not usually have to do), and then she said she had another appointment at that time. She tried to say that she did not confirm my appointment, but I have emails from her. She gave me a date and time for my appointment, I agreed to said date and time, and I assumed it was scheduled (I still have the emails). However, if she doesnt bother to email you back then youre just out of luck when you show up. No where in any of her information does it state that she had to send you a confirmation the day prior in order for you to have an appointment. Her scheduling process is unclear and she does not try to clarify it. All she had to say for herself was, Im not perfect. Groupon will give you your money back. Extremely rude and very unprofessional, and apparently I am not the only person who feels this way. Please read her reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. This seems to be an ongoing trend, she has treated many people like this and it is unacceptable. This is not social media bashing, these are facts! Do not purchase her Groupon! DO NOT RECOMMEND, BEWARE!

I bought a Groupon for reflexology and had to wait 5 and a half weeks to make an appointment due to availability. Less than a week before my appointment is scheduled, I get an email from Stacy stating she cannot keep my appointment. Come to find out, she had scheduled a last minute vacation during that time and didnt bother to remove those dates from her scheduling calendar or contact me ahead of time to reschedule. She is completely unprofessional in her emails and actions. How shes been in business for 13 years is beyond me.

Dont waste your money buying the groupon. She was late and rude at her first appointment but I still tipped her a good tip. Showed up for my second appointment on January 10, 2019 at 12:50 pm and no one is here. I have waited 1 hour and ten minutes just to see if she is going to show up. Still no one here. What a waste of time! Wish I read the negative reviews before buying the Groupon.

SCAM. Received a reflexology massage via Groupon as gift from my husband. Stacy Breeden cancelled on me twice, the second time on the morning of my appointment, which I had changed travel plans to keep. Ironically, my husband had hoped this massage would relieve stress. This persons professional behavior is antithetical to healing arts.

The only reason there ia a star at all is because it wouldnt let me post this review without one!I wanted to try this out for the first time, made a 1:00pm appointment, showed up 10 mins early (had a hard time finding the place because its not marked clearly) and the man doing construction work outside said she left 10 mins ago. She claimed she had only one appointment. SHE DIDNT EVEN WAIT FOR ME TO ARRIVE! Terrible first impression, Ill not be coming back and Ill have both of my Groupons refunded immediately. Not to mention the bad reviews by moutb Ill be passing out. Good work!

I agree that she is very unprofessional. It took everything in me to not walk out when I arrived. As a first time customer I had many questions. When I arrived no one was there. I waited 20 mins but that’s my fault for arriving 15 mins before my appt. When I called her 5 mins past my appt she told me that she was at the light. Wich I was fine with. When I asked her about how long the massage took and what it all entailed she rudely told me that if I was in a hurry I could just reschedule and that she was blessed to have many clients that could take my spot. I said that I didn’t want to reschedule that I was just curious that was all. I will not put all the details because honestly it makes me upset that I didn’t just walk out when I should’ve. She seemed very defensive and I just decided to give her a chance and make the experience positive since I was already there and had taken time off from work. I had to take some deep breaths and not let it get to me. But I just hope that she humbles down and realize that even though she has a lot of clients and she’s a busy woman she shoud always be humble and treat everyone with respect and respect the fact that she is not the only busy woman out there. Therefore she should provide a more relaxing and positive experience.

If you are reading but his before purchasing a session here, think again! I purchased through Groupon and made my appointment online as she requires but received no confirmation. Then I called and left two numbers for her to call me and never heard from her. I decided to keep the appointment and showed up on time and the door was locked. She should be ashamed the way she runs her business if you can call it that. I will be contacting Groupon about this experience!

My husband purchased a Living Social deal for a massage for me for Christmas. Im a new customer and when I read her policies online, I showed up 20 min early. However, 20 minutes past my appt time she came out of the treatment room and when I questioned how much longer I would have to wait, she was very rude to me. I walked out and will be asking for my money back from LS. I will not patronize someone with my business who treats new customers so rudely
