It was a pleasant and efficient visit. The doctor was on time and started the tests. He asked me questions about what I wanted and answered my questions regarding my vision.

No problems; seen promptly. Everyone pleasant. Been seeing Dr. Witke for 40+ years.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any eye doctor’s office! The wait time was ridiculous, & other patients were complaining about the long wait times as well. My appointment was at 12:15, & I wasn’t seen until approximately 2:45. When Dr. Casey Lowrance finally came into the exam room, he spent all of about 4 to 5 minutes with me. He just quickly looked at my eyes & told me that I have a chronic condition that no other eye doctor has ever diagnosed me with in the 43 years that I have been seeing eye doctors. I have been seeing eye doctors my entire life because I was born with extremely bad nearsighted vision & have bad astigmatism. I only went to this clinic because my previous eye doctor retired recently, & I needed to see a doctor ASAP because I had an infection. Dr. Casey Lowrance didn’t even really talk much at all about the infection. He just said that I have this other chronic eye condition & sent me on my way. I would think that surely one of the eye doctors I have seen over a 43 year period would have caught this condition that he said I have. His bedside manner was not great. He didn’t explain the condition that he diagnosed me with. I will definitely be getting a second opinion! And I will never recommend this clinic or doctor to anyone!

Dr. Hunt takes great care of my husband’ s eye care needs and mine. My husband has yearly diabetic exam and eye drops to keep his eye pressure under control, and glasses. I am followed for dry macular degeneration. When I noticed a spot in my vision, they not only made me an appt. for the next morning, they called in , Dr. Browning while I was in the office to begin my treatment immediately. Wonderful, caring family rented eye care PROFESSIONALS .

Just got finished with my exam and picking out glasses. My doctor was Heidi Herring. I am a first time patient here and they treated me like theyve known me forever. Very knowledgeable staff at every stage of the exam to even picking out my glasses. Lots of options as far as sizing, frames, and colors. And even options for colored transitions lenses (I chose sapphire). They let you try on as many glasses as you like as long as youd like. And pricing is not bad either. After insurance my frames were $4, and to add transitions it was $75. So for my exam, and a pair of glasses with a 2 year warranty, around $80. Very nice place to go.

Ben Herring at Tennessee Eye Care is amazing! You can tell he LOVES his job. He genuinely cared about my well being and preserving my vision. He explained all kinds of things to me and came up with a treatment plan. He was very encouraging and gave me hope that I can heal💙 He spent a lot of time going through each and every thing to dig deeper and get to the bottom of things. Im so thankful to have been able to meet with him.

The ABSOLUTE WORST eye doctor I have ever been to, there are literally too many things to list. Every single time I have had to deal with them, there has been an issue. I had to change eye doctors due to a change in my insurance and I never knew how good I had it at the other place.

Excellent customer service, quick appointment times and the most thorough eye exam my husband has ever received! The Dr was able to really dial in his perscription and did multiple checks for the best fitting contacts. Ive never seen someone so excited after an eye exam as he was! Highly recommended.
