I started using Mac’s on Washington Pike when I lived near there. Now I drive 30 mins and probably pass 20 or more pharmacies to continue using them. They are the absolute best! Matt is the greatest pharmacist around, Brenda is a gem, and Ashley is always on top of everything. They are also some of the kindest people I’ve known. I’ve been going there for around 10 years and will never stop using them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (The only complaint I have is they have recently hired a new lady who is always very rude on the phone.) It’s a shame because everyone else there is so nice and welcoming. It won’t stop me from going but they deserve better employees than her.

I want to love Mom and Pop stores but this aint the one. She tried to tell me to take off my mask, then gave me an incomplete prescription. Luckily I caught it before Im 9 states away. This isnt the first grief theyve caused me but it will be the last.Bye mac. Hello community pharmacy.

I cannot give enough praise to the Mac’s staff! I needed a medication compounded for my infant. After struggling with other large and local pharmacies to have it made, I have had such a wonderful experience with Mac’s. Matt made sure to go over the instructions with me and was gracious enough to flavor it so that my little one would take it well. I am so grateful for all of Matt’s help and for the other friendly staff I have interacted with. Their delicious Blackberry Butter Jam has been an added bonus to using Mac’s too! Highly recommend (the pharmacy and the jam ☺️)!!

The entire staff at mac’s pharmacy is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. In addition to being our friendly neighborhood pharmacy, they have become a vital part of my medical team. Any time I have had medication changes, I have always talked to the pharmacists for their advice. They have always been extremely well informed and always willing to help.

Everyone at Macs Pharmacy Washington Pike location are always friendly, helpful, courteous and kind. Prescriptions are filled in a very timely manner and Ive never received a wrong item . They also custom make/compound medications if you need something specialised. The staff is very knowledgeable about all medications and the products they carry and they have good recommendations if you need advice. They offer a delivery service to North Knoxville and all the delivery drivers are courteous. I highly commend all the people at this location!

There is no choice when it comes to pharmacies. Mac’s takes care of everything for me. They remember my refills. They handle my vaccinations. They know me and my health history. Everyone knows your name when you walk through the door. They even deliver when I cannot pick up my prescriptions.You will always know they value your business and never will you be just another number in the business computer system.They have my highest recommendation. In a year of ever increasing fears with Covid 19, I found that everyone at Macs Pharmacy took all the precautions that were implemented to keep everyone safe and well. I could tell that I was always greeted with a smile even with their masks on. I could tell that everyone was happy to be there taking care of me and my familys needs in 2020. Im looking forward in 2021 to seeing things improving with the vaccinations of people in the 🇺🇸 and abroad. Hopefully putting an end to this pandemic. And yes, we have had to use the free delivery several times. So thankful Macs Pharmacy is in the North Hills Community and we would never go anywhere else!!! Best pharmacy in Knoxville. The staff is always polite and courteous. They are hardly ever out of any of my medications and are very helpful with counseling me for drug interactions. They deliver right to my door but I would rather visit the store because its like visiting family. Very grateful for Macs my hometown pharmacy!
