Completely rude women. disgusting actually. to feel they can talk about someone while not knowing they’re still in the room. it’s people like this who will never change because they get paid to sit in an office all day with no one actually making sure they do their job. glorified seat keepers.

Absolutely the worst organization I’ve ever dealt with, the staff is incompetent, unhelpful, and rude. They don’t care about their customers nor do they feel the need to help. I’m not one to usually comment or rate businesses on any platform, but I’ve gone through a two day battle just to get an auto loan refinanced with this credit union. The only reason I went to this one is because my current financial institution is difficult to communicate with because of high call volume. I’d rather wait the 59 min on hold than deal with this staff ever again. I’m sure they’re nice people but damn...learn to do you job.

Back in 1985 there was, let me stop.. If Southeast Financial had a 10 scale they would be an 11... On January of this year 2018, I purchased a beautiful GMC Sierra for a very reasonable price. I thought that was the best deal, until I contacted Southeast Credit Union and all of the staff were so professional and pleasant I felt more like family. It was one particular representative there name Kristen and she is one of the most kind person you could ever speak with regarding any matter nonetheless Financial. I borrowed $9,000.00 for a vehicle from a used car lot that no longer exists. The chassis rusted through the undercoating rendering the vehicle disabled. Southeast will not budge with their required insurance coverage so now Im having to continue paying collision on a $5,400.00 lawn ornament till I pay it off. If I dont have collision on this vehicle that I CANNOT drive anywhere Southeast will fine me $840+ added to my principal loan balance. The lady I spoke with about this told me there was nothing she could do and hung up the phone on me. If you borrow from this credit union know that no mater what goes horribly wrong with your vehicle, they will still require FULL coverage. They DO NOT care.

The SFCU app is extremely buggy. Ive been trying to login for over three hours this morning with no luck. There is no one to call or contact for help because its the weekend. Digital transfers also seem to take drastically longer to go through on the weekend. Its time to step into the future, SFCU! Please provide adequate customer service on the weekends and figure out why your app is so buggy. I only wanted to check my balance! Please fix this stuff! I am highly dissatisfied.

WORST PLACE EVER! they not only managed to be rude to my family but put our money in the incorrect account and continue to give us a bad check causing my purchase of a motorcycle to bounce.. Like how can you make those mistakes..signed a very unpleased customer

Fast and friendly service when dealing with the ladies at this Credit Union I have two auto loans through them and have dealt with Kristen on both occasions, couldnt ask for a better person to do business with. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.

Horrible Service. The loan officers are never “there”. Walk in they are all sitting there laughing and cutting up not doing a single thing. Not just once has this happened. This has happened multiple times!
