Some of the doctors there need to work on their people skills.

After a month to get an appointment, the PA was 90 minutes late to see me. In general the whole operation was very poorly organized and had terrible communication. My appointments were scheduled at random times without any consultation from me, and the staff acted like it was a major inconvenience to reschedule. The only person who did contact me directly was the financial office, who demanded up front payment exceeding my maximum out of pocket and couldn’t explain why. Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional. I will not go back.

Doctors Achtar and Walker were superb in every respect. I had a TAVR PROCEDURE and I feel so much better. These Doctors were the most informed and caring individuals you could ask for. In addition, the after procedure care I received in the I C U was the best ever. Brandi was like the energizer bunny, and Diane was so helpful and caring I was amazed. In addition, Jen was everywhere at once. She was attentive and caring to everybody’s needs, including her staff. I cannot begin to tell you how great ALL of the staff here is. I want to thank all of you for being such caring and profession people. Even the PA’s like David and Cody were impressive. I am truly blessed to have been served by this great team of folks. From Dan in the preparation area to Jen who wheeled me out...best staff ever.

I wouldn’t take my son’s goldfish here. They are rude and completely unorganized. I left a long review two years ago about the hospital but they deleted it just like they probably will with this one. I do not recommend Tennova whatsoever. If you’re in Knoxville, UT is your best bet!

Dr. Sharma is the best, most caring cardiologist I have ever been to. He takes time with his patients and doesnt rush the appointment. He actually listens and cares about what is happening in your life. He is so knowledgeable about everything heart related. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

10 Stars ⭐️ETHC TC is the best from the staff to nurses to the Physicians’s. I give them 10 Stars if I could. I see Dr Steve Reed he is amazing and his nurses Dina and Samantha are the best in town. I know about most the Physicians at TC location they are all the best in town. If anyone in my family ever needed a cardiologist this is the only group they would see. You can’t go wrong with this group and if you have to wait for appointment the reason why is they take great care of all their patients and make sure all your questions are answered. For sure ETHC is the BEST.

Even when you have an early appointment the wait is over 90 minutes. Totally unacceptable. They may be a good practice, but they have no respect for their patients time. What makes this worse, is they knew the PA was running behind due to an emergency when I checked in. We could have rescheduled which I would have been ok with. Even when I asked why the wait, nothing.
