Not sure how our little town has the honor of such a professional caring and personal pet facility, but its a great place for pets and owners alike. And by the way the best chew toy in town any ware is the black rubber milk cup, (used for milking cows), that Double-C sells. Has the natural cow smell along with it being flexible and basically indestructible. And its very reasonably priced.

Double-C isnt just about dog training, its a great place to board a beloved fur baby. In my case it was three kitties who needed to be evacuated from my home when the Bootleg fire was threatening to take my house. I was in the hospital after surgery and my son was taking care of my dog and cats. Double-C took the three of them in. (My dog went back to Idaho with my son.) I ended up needing to be in a rehab facility for three weeks following my surgery. During their stay at Double-C one of my cats began to show symptoms of what eventually turned out to be cancer. Between trips to the veterinarian Double-C gave special attention to her, giving her extra TLC and special feedings. I let her go to the Rainbow Bridge without being able to be with her or say goodbye. But I was glad that she had comfort from the staff at Double-C. If theres a need in the future, I will board my fur babies at Double-C, and because of them, I now have a veterinarian that I like and can trust. The photo is of the sweet girl I lost.

I took my puppy to have his nails trimmed for the first time, hes very nervous about having his feet touched. Kayla did an amazing job, very kind and patient with my boy. Highly recommend! Inexpensive as well.

They treat their employees like trash. They take more dogs than they have room for and kennel cough runs rampant thru their facility. Took my dogs for a nail trim, they ended bleeding which never happens at their normal groomer. Definitely wont go back!

I should have read the reviews before I boarded my dog. I normally board at my vet clinic but I have a young healthy dog I thought would benefit from the play times and other services offered here. 5 days after picking her up she started gagging and coughing called my vet and they instantly knew it was from her being there sent home antibiotics. 3 days later my older dog started coughing and gagging throwing up and refused food. Had to take him in for blood work due to a pre-existing condition. 4 days later my cat who has an enlarged heart almost died because its the type of bacteria that will jump species. Ive spent almost 700.00 over the past week and a half trying to fix what would have been totally preventable had I known the dog I boarded there was exposed. When I called to ask why they didnt notify me that they had an outbreak I was told its just like when kids go to school and get a cold weird how my kid has never almost died from something she brought home from school

Great place to take your dog. I went there to get my dogs nails cut. Too much of a fight trying to do it ourselves. People are friendly. The place is always clean and order free. You can give you dog a bath there also. Many shampoos to choose from!

Took real good care of our scrappydoo...loved him like he was one of their own...did amazing job dealing with skunk smell...got him bathed and nails done.will never take our fur buddy anywhere else..tyvm

My puppy took himself for a walk again and left his collar at home. He went to the Grange, because thats where cattle dogs belong, obviously. The lady there took him Double C. He was so happy when I came to bust him out of doggie jail. Im always happy to pick him up from a clean environment where I know hes been safe. They accept donations by the way.

I Will miss the dogs and cats that I have come to know and love that are regulars . Please to those who board you pups there give them love from me . Dogs have been and are contracting a bacteria there and carrying it to others. It is not just kennel cough and needs antibiotics. Yes... my dog is fully vaccinated. They are not being forthcoming on the bacteria nor the number of cases that are able to be traced to their facility. My pup got extremely sick 7 days after being groomed there and has been on antibiotics and in isolation for the past week. It start with a little discharge from the eyes and I just thought it might have been an allergy to the cleaning. 1 week later, after being around other dogs, she began to cough and gag... non stop. Double C is calling it Kennel Cough but it is far above that and not hit by the bordatello shot. They do know and we’re gifted the Right disinfectant for the bacteria, but since they deny having it in their facility not sure if they are using it. I would not trust them with my dogs. More respect if they owned up to it like other facilities in the basin and thoroughly cleaned with the appropriate disinfectant; letting the public know. My pup is going to be okay and I think the public needs this info to decide if they want their pup in that environment.

Loved my groomer, but I would walk in and never greeted with a smile or kindness. The man behind the desk is obviously not happy working there. I have found a new groomer in town and I Love it. Thank you to my groomer at Double C but the assistant manager is a joke. Told me if I didnt like it then I should not step inside and I should make my payment in the parking lot So I didnt have to enter the building! Seriously!!!

I trust leaving my dog Lucy for day-care at Double-C whenever I travel over to Klamath Falls from Eagle Point to visit relatives. They also have pet accessories, and pet needs in their spacious store.And, the staff are very friendly and efficient!!!

They watched our darling doggy for 5 days while we were on vacation. It put my mind at ease knowing my boy was safe. Reasonably priced, friendly staff and very convenient. I will definitely use Double-C again.

Didnt trim my dog up like I requested. The groomer was not friendly whe I brought it to her attention. However the man at the counter was somewhat understanding. I wont be going back.

Where do I start. I recently just boarded my dog October 13-20 2019 words can’t explain how disappointed I was with this so called (5 star world class pet resort) where the staff didn’t have the common curtesy to notify me that they have had a recent kennel cough out break. The vet was the one to notify me!! Not even 24 hours after I picked her up I had to immediately take her to the vet for extreme vomiting wasn’t eating and had a strange smell. Come to find out my dog has extreme kennel cough and had to be prescribed antibiotics... I wasn’t expecting to pay the additional amount on top of the extravagant boarding bill from Double-C I was super disappointed because I trusted them to take care of my dog my family. It makes me concerned for other owners who trust this facility based off its “amazing” reviews.

Great place to take your dogs for training or boarding

We have 3 little doxies who demand to have the best and of it. This is our first experience with putting the dogs in a kennel but we didnt give it a second thought because we know they give the best care. We have the longhairs get grooms and our groomer Jennifer is so awesome does a great job. Would recommend double c to anyone.

Very nice facility, great staff. All fees were explained in advance. If you take your dog in one day and pick up the next, it will count as two days. This is much the same as other places we have boarded at in the past including some veterinarian offices. Grooming appeared professionally done and much better than the local pet store. They will cater to special needs and special diets. I highly recommend Double C and will continue to use their services.

Took our dogs for boarding. The first thing the staff did was remove our furbabies collars, harnesses, and clothes. Then they put paper collars on them. I didnt like that. The furbabies were not happy about that either. When we picked them up they had been depressed and I believe it was because they are rescued dogs and they thought they were being abandoned. Our furbabies took several days to feel comfortable at home after. Not sure we will board there again. We were told that is their standard practice. Hope they rethink this.

These people really know how to take care of my cat. Every time I need to leave town for a few days they board and take great care of him. Its the only place I will ever board him.

Today I found a dog crate on the Eulonna trail parking lot. It was a hot day ! Inside the crate was a young mama cat with four kittens. Some selfish person had dumped them and left them in the crate to die! They had no food nor water and were panting and afraid. The animal shelter was closed by the time we got there and we have two dogs that are not cat lovers! I took the cats into Double C and a worker there said she would take the cats home overnight and then to the shelter in the morning! God bless this woman,- I was too upset over finding these babies abandoned to ask her name. She is an angel on this earth and Double C has a wonderful employee. Thank you for caring enough to help these creatures.

When ever our dog needs anything this is our place. They care and take very good care of our little one. Jennifer is our go to girl whenever or little one needs any grooming. She cares an talks to him the whole time shes caring for him.

We will never go back! Specifically requested a Yorkie cut with poodle toes for our 2 Yorkies. Not only were they both just butchered, toe nails were barely trimmed and neither dog had a traditional Yorkie hair cut. If you have a Yorkie, find a different groomer than Double C!!!!!

I only go in for nails to be clipped. Always quick. They dont file them and every now and then dont have someone there that can clip nails.

Not a bad place great with dogs but the lady manager (K) could be a little more people friendly.

Never again. They have a real creative way of billing. Take your dog in at 8 in the morning and pick him up at 4 and that 8 hours is charged as a whole day.Take him in at 4 pm and pick him up the next morning at 7 and that 15 hours is charged as 2 days. That billing method is not explained at the beginning nor is it fair. It was explained to me that We are not a motel and we bill differently. ....NICE . I also ask for the $19.95 bath special that our k9 guests are qualified for and received the $39.00 version but refused to pay the difference. Never again!

I only take my dog to boarders rarely but when I do I choose this place. Over winter break me and my family went to Disneyland and we chose here to board the dog and we were stuck a little there so I called to see if I could change my picking up time to the day after we got back and they said that it was fine and I could pick my dog up when i needed
