I was a first time patient of dr. Parrish today. She took a lot of time with me...first listening to what I had to say, then explaining what treatment was needed. Very happy with todays appointment!

Was informed this office is no longer accepting MODA insurance. MODA!!! That is nearly all of the Klamath County School district employees. Wondering if it had more to do with the fact we rarely ever needed the doctor in the one year we were his patients. Also found the receptionist to be rather abrupt and not terribly helpful.

If could rate them no stars I would. I called today to see about coming in to be seen. I waited a good half hour on hold all the time listening to a recording that said that they are accepting new patients and that they also accept walk-ins. After the half an hr spent on hold with no answer to my questions I decided to hang up and go up to the office since it was not far from my work. The guy at the counter had asked me why I needed to be seen and I explained that I had passed out the night before and was still experiencing nausea and dizziness. He asked if I had been seen before and I had I gave him my name and he then told me that it had been too long and that I was now considered a new patient and they are not seeing new patients. I was furious. Advice to the staff, change your recordings because they are bullshit and work on your customer service skills!! I will never recommend this place nor will I ever step foot in there again.

So sad that the medical care offered in Klamath Falls is so sub-standard!
