Service was excellent. Josh and Russel at the front desk kept me informed and updated as work on my 1994 Geo Metro was performed. Routine maintenance was quick and efficient as usual. I have had starting problems which they found was due to a wiring problem in my steering column. This was good to know. They showed me how to start my car more quickly and I can start it in 1 or 2 tries now. I have set up an appointment to have steering column wiring work done.

Lees Automotive was honest, reliable, and fast. We arrived in town for a week long visit, when our trucks alternator went out. They got us in within 4 hours when the dealership couldnt get us in for weeks. They had our truck fixed within 24 hours. It sounds and runs like a charm. I paid 860 the first time came home with a transmission leak second time 600 and they didnt even stop the misfire and fix the problems I went in for waste of money and time

We finally found a local shop that we can rely on. They have found our problems and made spot on repairs. We dont have to worry about them trying to talk us into more work than is needed. Their charges are extremely fair. Nice bunch of folks.

WARNING: Do not have Lees Automotive work on you car or truck!!! And dont buy from Luxor Auto Group. Theyre selling cars that they know have problems then Eric at Luxor will have you take it to them like theyre going to check and fix your car which they dont do. Then they will hand over the keys to Eric where he takes it back to Luxor instead of calling you to come pick up YOUR vehicle. Theyre scamming people together 100%!!! Save your cash and go somewhere else.

The diagnostic quote was true to 2 priceat which they deduct from your overall balance if you choose to make your car repairs through them

Excellent service. Great prices. On a trip from Elko to Medford had fuel issues. They were busy but got to me right away. Diagnosed the problem and had me on my way. Friendly service.

Im not happy about having to write this review, because Lees has enjoyed a pretty good reputation, and thats why I chose them to perform the work I needed, but I find it would be irresponsible to not publish these facts. I took my truck to them to have my ball joints replaced. If a ball joint fails, your front suspension will collapse. After they got under it, they replaced the upper joints and told me that the lowers were fine, and sent me off to get an alignment. As it became clear afterward, the lower ball joints were in very poor condition and should have been replaced before getting an alignment. After having the lower ball joints replaced (not by Lees), Im now on the hook to pay for an alignment a second time. I brought this to Lees attention and was advised that they would talk to the tech that did the work and get back to me. They never bothered. Its bad enough that they cost me unnecessary work by their negligence, but they were willing to (and did) send me out on the road with an unsafe vehicle. Poor form, Lees..... I stay loyal to honest businesses. Youre apparently not on of them.

Thank you to Lees for all the help you gave us.We had issues getting the right parts and they allowed us to leave the car there for some time while we brought our own parts to be repaired.They were so patient and did a great job for us.

If you have an American vehicle they will take care of it the right way, as per factory specs. They also have a shuttle service to get you back and forth to work. Everything they do has service in mind for you and your car.

Brought my old car that had never given me problems here and told them Im pretty sure it was the distributor so if they could look at that just charge me for the part and the labor as I dont have the time because Ill be at work and they agreed. Come to find out I was right and they said they still have to charge me the 100 lookover fee and on top of that $216 for the part and the labor. I said no Ill just buy the part and do it myself so I went in with a new part and as I was putting it in I noticed they had my car blocked in and ALL of the fluids were drained out under it. Not a good business at all from what Ive experienced and at this point I just want my car back. Also they havent called to let me know how my car is in a week and a half.

Lees have tried very hard to make their business a success and a place you can go that will do the job you asked for and expect without having to hassle them to do it right.

I needed an engine light diagnostics check coming up through California headed into Seattle. They were honest throughout the entire experience, and had my car fixed the next morning (I have a Volvo so parts needed to be shipped in). Very friendly people, great customer service, and they came in under the estimated time and price. Very trustworthy, exactly what I look for in an automotive shop. Thank you again Myron and Vanessa!

Just left Lees and always love finding awesome mechanic shops!! It was $85 just to get my window rolled back up, which seems a bit much. I was there for maybe 20 mins. But they got me in and out and didnt waste my time!! Their service is very sweet and straight forward and I recommend them to anyone
