This place… to start I accidentally showed up a week early, and they saw me anyway. They were super pleasant, and the doc was very likable and laid back too. Then I had an insurance issue that made super easy to deal with.

I have worked with many dentists over my career and guys like Dr. Andrew are few and far between! I would highly recommend him. He is a good practitioner and very mindful of doing things right. You can be confident that you are going to a quality dentist when you choose to become his patient.

Dr. Andrew is amazing! I am typically very stressed when having dental work done. However, I have experienced nothing but comfort and pain free care from him and his wonderful staff. Have you ever heard of a child that enjoys going to the dentist? I havent known anything different - even after he has had shots in his gums, teeth pulled and now wears braces. My son is now 12 and still looks forward to his every-six-month visits. Dr. Smith calls my son by name and remembers that at his last visit he was looking forward to a basketball tournament. My son desires to impress his dentist with excellent oral hygiene because Dr. Smith is quick to tell him when his teeth are looking great.Dr. Smiths hygienists remember my son as well and ask about a vacation we took in between our six month visits. They intentionally remember details, such as History is still his favorite subject in school.When we go to the dentist, we expect that were going to receive professional, expert treatment and encouragement to take good care of our teeth. We regularly receive what one would not normally expect - personal attention and an actual friendship with our dentist and his staff. Dr. Smiths office is quite a win for Klamath Falls!

I had to have an older filling removed and replaced today. Dr. Smith and his team were efficient and personable! Their procedure is such an improvement over my childhood dentists! I did not experience any pain during the entire procedure. They give you a numbing cotton swab, then the lidocaine injection, then the filling, and youre on your way.My children also enjoy the hygienists. They are excited to visit the dentist and have no fear whatsoever!
