My review is entirely for the front desk, as I was never able to see Dr. Serrano. I asked for an appointment back in July. They had nothing till early September. On my appointment date, it fell on the day of the hurricane. I called to see if they were open, but the front desk rang and rang. I decided not to risk the 50 minute trip on that day. I called in October and rescheduled - they didnt have anything until the middle of December.I spent a lot of money on an Uber to rush over after an anesthesia procedure to make the appointment in the middle of December and the front desk tells me theyve been trying to contact me through the number on the referral, but I never picked up. The appointment has been canceled! Because apparently the neurologist decided to go to a conference after she had already scheduled me.She had the nerve to say I should have a good number on file, and that she had been trying to call me for months. 1. The number on the referral was out of service by the time the appointment actually rolled around after literally 5 months of waiting. I had a new one. 2. She had my primary care doctors phone number on the referral. She could have called them to ask for my number. 3. They had my address and could have sent a letter stating so.And 4. I had been in contact multiple times with the front desk by email! She could have simply emailed me and saved herself the frustration as well. Rather than being sympathetic about the situation and her negligence to make sure I knew and could reschedule to treat my issues, she blamed me for not updating my number with someone I had never even established with, and said the next appointment was 3 months away. Wow. So caring.I said forget it and walked out. I want nothing to do with an office that literally has 3 month appointment times consistently (I have plenty of specialists, but none are THAT booked) and furthermore, couldnt even bother to go the distance to tell me they were canceling on me, or answer the phone or have a voicemail explaining on if they were closed or not during a emergency situation like a hurricane. I know neurologists are hard to book, but the situation is ridiculous. I even ended up telling a stranger about the situation as I explained why I was now taking the train to get back home after wasting money going that far, and he was angry as I was.He may have been an amazing doctor, but if patients cant even get in to see you, then theyll certainly never know. Ive been dealing with my issues for 5 months now for no reason whatsoever. I could have spent that time suffering waiting for a neurologist with a staff that gave more of a damn. Good luck to anyone dealing with that wait. Hope they dont cancel on you.

My mother in law and I Ive been calling this office for days no one picks up the call because we need to cancel and reschedule but but the phone rings rings no answering machine comes on and then all is only the car drops and we call again and it does the same thing how we supposed to reschedule or make an appointment if no one ever answers there and this has been going on for months

I have been with this doctor since March and I still don’t have a medication in order to control my migraines.

They actually care and hear you. They changed my life. They go beyond the call of duty. This is the best group of doctors and nurses I have ever experienced.

I was sent here by pure chance and I’m so grateful for it. I had a prior doctor for years and they suddenly without notice closed down forcing me to scramble to look for all new doctors for my condition and major health issues. Luckily I was referred to Osceola care specialist from an ER doctor during an emergency visit. I was told they have several specialists within their group so all my needs could be met. It turned out to be the best advice ever. Dr Roger Crouse became my PCP and he sent me to Dr Serrano for my aneurism, nerve problems and extreme headaches. First off The staff is so sweet and they truly go out of their way to help you. The dr is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. He really listens to your concerns and works hard for you to find the right treatment for you. He doesn’t just see you for 2 minutes write a prescription and tell you to come back in a month. He does a thorough job going through your records ordering test talking to you and getting a complete workup so he can really get to the root of the problem and treat you properly. He’s not rushed through your app , he actually takes the time to talk to you , answer your question, listen to your concerns and explain your treatment plan every step of the way. I honestly feel like he’s done more for me in the last few months then I have had in the last 5 years.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for real docs that treat patients how medical care should be. Your treated like a person not just a number and they truly care about your health. I’m very fortunate that a horrible ER trip ended up leading me to some amazing doctors and now I finally have hope my health can finally improve a little so it’s easier to live with my condition.

My comment is clearly for the reception since I did not have the opportunity to see Dr. only one of these tried to be consiliadora, the rest of these individuals are poorly educated who do not know how to treat the public, I understand the entire situation of COVID-19 and for this reason I paid for the care of my 1 year old son but since I am working at home I took my 6 year old daughter, without any options they simply did not want to receive me, I understand everything they explained to me but my point is that they never indicated anything to me when I requested the appointment, if they said so you could take the forecast, at the end of everything, they did not let me see the Dr, I lost money in the care of my son and I lost my work hour, how the world would change with people who leave their problems at home and go to work with a better and more humane attitude.

Very Clean Office, Dr Serrano, Nurse and Receptionist EXCELLENT, I recommend it, Office inside the Hospital on the 3rd Floor.

If you urgently need to be treated with a Neuro this is the last office that as a patient I would recommend, try to make an appointment for my father who is Alzheimers patient and four times I have canceled the appointment, the first one is fine but four already becomes abuse and lack of respect for the patient.
