A good place to waste money and time. I came for a tonsils infection and the doctor gave me anti-inflammatory medicine. The made me a Covis test without even asking. I went the becaise my doctor is closed Saturdays. I have to see my doctor in Monday to get my tonsils treatment. Do not go there.

My experience with this office has been nothing but pleasant. The doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to everyone in need of a good doctor with a great team.

Yesterday I went with my son to the ER @ AdentHealth FL Hospital Kissimmee. He was suffering from several flu-like infections and having a hard time breathing. I recommended that ER/Hospital because I was treated very well a couple visits there.All went like clockwork, speeding triage, doctor came right in order test and then it ALL went down hill. Nurse assigned to him was seem to have been lost, I told him three** times there some blood on the pouch were the bloodwork was going in and forgetful and very messy.However that was not even the worst of it - after the samples were taken for testing, we were taken from the room and ----- let me put this in caps because I could not believe what had happened ---- PUT A ROOM WITH 15 PLUS SICK PEOPLE IN RECLINER TO WAIT FOR THE RESULTS!! Now mind you the staff DID NOT know what my son had and god knows what all those people had as well. It was a room that look like a hallway stacked with sick people waiting to find out if they had anything that could of been contagious!!!! It looked like you were in a third-world-country hospital.I had to complain and express my concern to be told by the head nurse we should of been given the option to stay in the room to wait for the test results.HORRIBLE!! I never ever visit that hospital again and will make sure every social media outlet hears about out disgusting experience.I should taken pictures but I could not believe what was happening.

My husband and I have been going to this office for years. Yes they have had a change in Drs but the office staff and the Drs have all been pleasant and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know.My sisters and mom now go to them as well.

I dont know about any of the other physicians here, but Kathy Rassmusen is fantastic. She listens, explains and never rushes. Highly recommend her.

The Doctors and staff really care about their patients. When no else listened they did. I dont know why anyone would give them less than a 5. Thank you Family Medicine for everything.

Whatever your needs are, you are an inconvenience to the staff. Expect to follow up several times if you want them to do their jobs, whether its getting test results, faxing your records or refilling a prescription. Signs tell you to allow extra time, since its certainly not their responsibility to do better. If you value your kids health, or just have any self-respect, go elsewhere.

A total disappointment. Florida Hospital should do a close examination of this office that carries their name. Excessive billing, every appointment is considered a long appointment. The only thing long is your wait for the doctor after she shoots the breeze with the other staff. It takes entirely too long to get a prescription refill when the pharmacy petitions the office via fax and phone. Office manager is nonchalant & indifferent when you express your concerns, useless.

This was a wonderful location under Dr. Mojicar but after he left the place fell apart. Last straw was when they called and told me the Doctor needed to see me immediately even though I didnt have an appointment scheduled. Told them I was on vacation but they wanted me there next morning at 8:00am so I drove three hours to get back to Kissimmee. When I got there it was the PA and NOT the doctor who scheduled the appointment. They wanted to review a blood test from my cardiologist. The test was fine and no change from my previous tests. I asked why they made me drive 3 hours for no good reason and was told it was office policy. Long story short I disputed the charge with their office and after an escalation to Florida Hospital Management it was reversed. This office is trying to run up billing dollars and I would avoid as there are much better choices close by ... they are awful.

I have been a patient of Family Medicine of Hunter’s Creek for about 6 years. I have never had a problem dealing with the staff or making appointments. After Dr. Mojicar left the practice, temporary doctors were brought in to continue to see existing patients. I agree that it was frustrating, but there is now a permanent, full time physician. Amy Ragsdale is also available to see patients including writing prescriptions. I will continue to go to FMHC and recommending them to friends.

Drs dont listen to their patients and famlies. You see a different Dr every time you go there.
