The nicest man but probably the worst foot massage I have ever had. There was also a huge language barrier with no one there to translate.

Was looking to go somewhere to get a couples massage and found Jasmine nearby...was scared by the previous reviews but still gave them a chance....Booked massages over the phone and then we were welcomed by the sweetest lady who checked us in and took us to our room. We received one of the best massages EVER and even got an extra 15 minutes because it was her birthday! Great experience! Quality of massage 10/10...only room for improvement is professionalism but no complaints regardless

We wanted a midday Break from Animal Kingdom and my bf called them and they had us in within 15 min. We both got 30 min foot massages and they had us darn near asleep by the end of it. They were awesome! They used really good pressure and the lady was just so sweet and nice. They started with a foot soak, and massaged cakves, ankles, feet, and toes. Even provided us a fresh, ice cold water at the end. Heavenly!

Soft music welcomes you in the spacious private rooms.Well spoken, well dressed Asian lady greeted me in their lobby then changed into more casual clothes to perform an exceptional massage at a reasonable price. My lower back tension melted like butter in her hands. She was genuinely grateful with my 25 % tip.

I only gave 1 star because I had to. We called 45 minutes in advance, with them saying come in 30 minutes, they called to verify we were coming, we said yes we are fighting our way through traffic, we arrive to find they’ve taken a walk in. Not honest at all and don’t bother calling in ahead, they take first come first serve.

This is the second time we have been here while visiting florida. Both experiences have been great. Today our couples massage was exceptional! My husband is a runner and he is hard to impress. The man who gave his massage intuitively got every spot that needed to be worked out. The woman who did mine very much the same. We left their feeling loose and light and that is uncommon. The added bonus was the foot massage at the end...totally incredible.

If I could give a zero review I would definitely do that. Worst place ever if you want to be treated like a criminal or like your nobody go there. They have no customer service what so ever. I literally have to beg the lady to give me back my card. Save your time money and energy and do even think of going there.

First time getting a massage. It was a fantastic massage. Well worth the money. Only problem was the lady tried to pressure us into tipping more, which I didn’t appreciate.

Ask for Judy. If you want a fantastic skilled massage I came in because I strained my back doing squats at the gym and I feel so much better now

My husband and I had foot reflexology massages after a day at Epcot. Big relief! Felt even better the next day. Its a legit place. No funny business. Clean. Tip 20%. Quality massage.I get massages/foot massages where ever I travel and this place will go in my contacts list. Its not a foot massage place, its a massage place. They dont have the typical wall of chairs. We were taken into room with normal chairs for brief shoulders/head massage and a divine foot soak followed by a glorious foot massage portion on a table. Probably saved my Disney visit.

Wonderful experience. Clean quiet. I was asked if I wanted to pay first. I said no I wanted to pay afterwards... No problem.Anna was my masseuse I had the 90 minute mixed massage and requested a stretching. There was a clean sheet and light blanket on the table, there was a pad for under my feet.Once Anna started and realized how tight my upper body was she immediately went for walking on my back. Anna used plenty of oil and wipe down each body part with a warm wash cloth.Ive been on vacation for 10 days running around sight seeing ...so this was much needed Me time.Thank you Jasime Massage. When back in the area I will return 👍👍

This place sucked period. Worst, supposed massage Ive ever experienced!Ill add to why it was horrible. I called and asked how much for 90 min, you said $110.00 I was fine with that. When I got there you ran my card for $125.00. I sucked it up cause I was in need and super sore. I sat in the room for 10 minutes before you started, you answered 4 phone calls while in the middle of the massage, then you only gave me maybe an hour of, what was no massage. I went to leave and the lady had the audacity to tell me I needed to tip more than the $10 I was not going to give but couldnt get the damn lady out of my face. So there you have why your establishment was given a 1 star. If there was a 0 star that would have been my rating.

Walking into the massage place you already see that the floor is cleaner than the couch. we still preceded to pay for our full body massage. we got into the room and we were given warm water to put our feet in. once we layed down our masseuse left the room at least three times, making our 30 minute massage 15-20 minutes. when they told us we were done, we were confused because they had only done our feet we told them that we wanted our backs done as well because that is what we payed for, they then told us they did not have time. do NOT recommend

Set an apointment at 9pm no one was there. I waited till 930 and left. Doors were locked with an open sign on not impressed and very upset. I needed a massage because i messed my neck up.

I stopped in here one night and was told to come back in about 30 minutes. I did and I still did not receive my massage. Dont understand what the problem was. They said they could not accommodate me. Whatever wont be going back

WORST MASSAGE !! THIS PLACE SUCKS! My husband went in for a massage after the long trip to Florida. He went in for an hour massage, waited for about 25 mins. Before she even sent him to the back . Then once he got to the back room, she answered a few phone calls and has to answer the door and just kept leaving the room the entire time. My husband got about 10 mins. Worth of a decent massage. The rest of the few mins between her phones calls and door ring , my 12 year old son could have done a better job. Then.. to top it off, she asked my husband for a tip. He gave her 5 bucks and then she complained that 5 was not enough!!! Wow!!! Never ever go here.. just dont!

BLOWN AWAY! I cannot believe these low reviews. Clean place, professional.Julia is unbelieable. She took her time and listened to me and knew just what to do. I came in for a basic stress relieving massage after a long drive. What i got was the most deep tissue theraputic massage ive EVER gotten. Im a BIG massage person. I go as much i as can afford. Ive gotten them all over the world! Every kind you can pay for- even chriopractic massages!! But julia gave me the most thorough and beneficial massage ive ever gotten. I will recommend and come back every time im in Orlando.

The staff were unorganized and rude. They opened two hours later than their advertised time. Not only were they not prepared to provide massage services, but they also did not have any staff. This was truly a bad experience and complete waste of time.

We were told we were getting a full body massage and only got our feet done. Also we were told we could go in pairs of 2 and 3 but then they said only 2’s. But the massage was okay.

Gross. Could hear kids in another room during massage. Go somewhere else!
