My son saw Dr. Powell and her team for two dental extractions that he needed. She was able to calm his nerves and allow her to complete the dental work needed. The extraction were super quick and painless. We were in and out of the office in about 45 minutes! The whole team was fantastic! Highly recommended for any dental work for your anxious child!

Worst company ever never answer the phone for appointment she says i have to call every Monday for an appointment but no one ever answers I had the worst tooth pain and can’t even be seen by dentist very unprofessional don’t waste your time

I work at a medical clinicI ran out to get my daughter and go to the appointment I was 10 minutes lateAnd they didn’t want to see my daughter because of that .. the office was emptyThey were very rude.

I went in with my kids today and the staff was great but the dentist she was rude to me at the end of there visit. when i got informed that on my kids next visit my kids will go in side on there own. i told her i didnt feel comfortable with that. mind you my child next visit would of been for an extraction. how do you expect to to be alone with my child if i dont even know you, if you are being rude to me i dont expect you to be nice to my children. I dont plan on visiting this facility again.

The service sucks. They tell you an hour and they attend you an hour or two later. They make an appointment for you and then they call you to tell you that they changed your appointment to another time that is not the one you wanted. They change you from one doctor to another and then call you to tell you they dont know what to do. After you made the appointment a month before. They call you to tell you that the dentist will not be there that week. And the last thing they did to me was that they made me arrive at 3:00 pm because the appointment was at 3:30 pm to fill out papers and when I asked, they told me that the appointment was at 4:10 pm and that they were late that I did not know what what time they would attend me. Terrible service.
