Dr. Han has been treating me for a massive sinus infection caused by a botched dental implant. Following a course of antibiotics, he recommended a balloon sinusplasty to help my sinuses drain away the infection. I can’t say that the procedure was “fun” but Dr. Han was very reassuring and explained everything in depth.He took time to answer all my questions. Four hours after the procedure and I’m very comfortable! Plus, I’m breathing through both nostrils for the first time in three months.I’m so happy to have found Dr. Han and his wonderful staff!

I appreciate the time Dr Han spent with me . We discussed our plan to help treat my sinus condition. If I become ill Dr Han is right on the ball and will order treatment. I also spoke with the allergy doctor concerning allergy testing which will start soon. I will not forget the office staff who run a very busy office and continue to be pleasant and cheerful. I know it can be difficult to kept your spirts up when your energy is constantly tested running a busy practice. Thank you for making my visit pleasant and comfortable.😊

Dr. Han and Dr. De Armas were very pleasant and professional. They both gave me suggestions for treatment since there isnt much that can be done for my diagnosis. Staff were very nice and wait time was not long at all!

In 11/2020 Dr Hans office worked me in after I had gone to the ER with what was thought to be a bad ear infection was actually a horrible painful case of inner ear shingles. Dr Hans did everything possible to make me comfortable. 3 months still dealing with some pain but better. Dr Han listened, understood my pain & frustration and took the time too LISTEN & ANSWER every question he could, his staff are excellent.I back in December asked for the manager to compliment the professional and kind demeanor her staff has because during this time of a pandemic & (I being disabled with an immune compromised system) the last thing I wanted was to expose myself more but they were very understanding & considerate...Thank you Dr Han & staff!

I was happy to at least learn what my problem is. I have to return on the 11th for further treatment. The Office was very clean and workers were very professional.Liked Dr. Han. He was very informative and made me relax.

I started seeing Dr Han about 2 months ago and I think hes a great doctor. He actually listens to you and is very detailed in his diagnoses. He will try everything to get all of your problems under control. I also recently had a food allergy testing in the office with the allergist and I was completely amazed with how many foods Im actually allergic to. Between the two of them, I know Im in good hands!!

He listened to my concerns and issues and he took necessary steps into testing my hearing, running a CT Scan to check my sinus and he found the root cause of my issues and treated them. I would refer Dr. Han to everyone! Awesome ENT MD and Staff.

I tried to call to make an appointment... the voicemail gave me the option for a “new patient”. I then waited on the phone for 15 mins... when the lady answered I told her I was a new patient. I was put on hold for another 5 mins until answered with the same questions AGAIN.. and then they finally proceeded to tell me Dr. Han doesn’t take new patients currently. Please change your voicemail and don’t waste 20 minutes of my day.

The staff of Dr. Hans office is wonderful. They are very courteous and followed all recommended steps for COVID precautions. The layout of his waiting room allows for more than adequate spacing between patients. Dr. Han knowledge and patient skills are excellent.

Dr. Han is great! He treats patient very patiently. He does the best to explain patient the symptoms and the treatments.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Hans for a few years. I have severe sinus flare-ups.. he is a great doctor but on my recent virtual appointment I was somewhat concerned because I had not seen him in a year. The staff did not check to see if any of my medications had changed or anything had been added in the past year.I did have medications added which directly affected my treatment but I had to quickly bring up the issue. Which Ive never had staff not ask if your medications have changed after a year. Also, a bit more worrisome. The prescription that Dr. Han gave me I could possibly be allergic to (I just spoke to my pharmacy about the situation) dr. Han and the staff should check if I am allergic to penicillin before prescribing an antibiotic for my treatment. (It is in quite large letters on my chart that I am allergic to penicillin and sulfur.The pharmacy said the drug was not completely penicillin but it was in a class where I could have an issue. She said I must watch myself closely for signs of allergy reactions while I am on the treatment.All, this was disturbing about my April 2021 appointment unfortunately.

I have confidence in Dr. Hans professional medical opinions. I explained to him my symptoms and he listened.

I had a horrible experience with this doctor/practice! They treat symptoms and not the cause! I can’t believe Dr. Han made me eat tons of medications and receive unnecessary treatments instead of trying to find out what the real problem was. Since he had no clue what caused my symptoms he blamed it all on allergies. I was insisting on more tests/diagnostic procedures and told him multiple times that the treatment is not working and something is not right. He ignored everything I told him. I ended up with severe inflammation and serious complications! This is not a doctor who cares - you are just a number for him!

Friendly staff and professional services, overall a pleasent experience

The first visit was great, however the second visit, I get a call from them 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment, I was not able to answer that, as we were already on the road. When we arrive, the appointment had been given to someone else, they were looking at me and my mother angrily, and once they finished with our appointment, I find out that the insurance had not approved an x-ray. I check my voicemail after we leave and find out that they had called 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they wanted to reschedule because the insurance had not approved the x-ray. Now while we were with Dr. Han, he was telling us how he had to do the x-ray for free, and how he would not be able to pay for his employees, because he had to use the x-ray machine for free. I understand how that can be a problem, however had they called a day earlier, or said something when my mother called them 2 hours before the appointment, we would not have shown up for the appointment, and waited a little longer for the insurance. It was very unprofessional.
