I have seen Mary for several years now. Every time I see her, Mary has always been able to give me a nugget of advice or a mental strategy to help me through whatever Im working through at the time. After seeing her for several years, she has really helped build my mental health tool kit with strategies that allow me to go back to them when I need to. Mary is warm and a great listener, but also straight forward and pragmatic in her advice. I have highly recommended her to both family and friends.
