Absolutely stellar job done. I had to get a tooth extraction due to my negligence over the years of my youth. Paying for it all now. Anyways, the ladies at this dental location in Kirkwood just took care of everything. I felt at ease and going in I was very anxious. I have more work to be done and I trust they will take great care of me. They just followed up with me a moment ago too and answered all of my questions. Im glad they were able to get me in quickly and helped relieve me of that excruciating pain. I highly recommend them!

St. Louis County Dental is a wonderful place to have any dental work done. All the staff that I came in contact with were very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. I’m just so sorry I couldn’t get the work I need done because they were out of My insurance Network and I just didn’t have the money right now to get the work done but, when I do I will return. They are so much better and cleaner than Aspen Dental.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted at St. Louis County Dental. I received the best care possible by the entire office, but especially by Dr. Bruch and her assistant Lauren. I was anxious about this procedure, but Dr. Bruch answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained each step and what to expect. Dr. Bruch and Lauren went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I can honestly say I felt no pain during the extraction!! The healing process was quicker than I was expecting (not fun but easy as possible). The office called to check on me the next day. I felt truly cared for, and am so grateful! You can trust you are in the best hands here!!

Im afraid I have to suggest that you avoid this business, ESPECIALLY if you have a dental emergency. Im convinced I was over charged by close to $1,000 dollars (after checking other dental offices AFTER I had no choice but to accept their estimate while already in the chair with x-rays on the screen). But thats not the worst of it. I actually faced competition of other patients in the office. I did NOT get anywhere near the attention I needed despite paying the absolute premium price for my procedure. I could tell my attending dentist was seriously stressed for time. In the end, I really worry that they rushed my super-expensive procedure and did not do it correctly. I have no faith that Im OK now. None. Id MUCH rather they declined the appointment because they couldnt fit me in. I couldve EASILY found someplace else that didnt want to rip me off for every dollar they could. I will not go back for anything else. At all.

I have been getting my teeth cleaned, etc. here for more than 15 years. Going to the dentist makes me extremely anxious, but I am treated with respect by the friendly staff, which makes things a little easier. Their expertise keeps my teeth and gums healthy. I also really like the fish tank that you can see from every exam room.

Have had three different techs/assistants as well and all were very professional. Highly recommend. Good thing to because 2 root canals, an implant and several fillings would normally be a nightmare! This was one of the most professional, clean, and kind offices I have ever been to. I work in a doctors office and I was so impressed by how well organized they were. I had a very bad experience with a previous dentist that actually made me fear going to one. My mother had seen them and they took care of her. On my first visit I felt like they had everything ready for me and I was treated with the best possible care. Even though my insurance doesnt cover most of the work I am going to have done there this place is worth the money. To have a group of people work with you that well is priceless. Had not seen a dentist for 5+ years and I wasnt shamed about it at all. Every staff member was pleasant. Cleaning was thorough and not painful. We had a dental emergency and they were able to get us in within hours. The Ofallon office was great to us the first time and now with the second emergency the Kirkwood office has been just as equally amazing. The staff is extremely friendly. Waited months through the VA for an appointment here. After getting one, scheduling time off of work and getting a substitute for me, no small task, I had the appointment for Monday, June 15th. I get a call from their staff today, Friday the 12th, telling me that when I arrive, I must remain in my vehicle and call them from my cell to let them know Ive arrived. Then when theyre ready, theyll call me and ask me to come in. Thats bad enough and although most have cell phones, Im not glued to mine and dont always have it with me. The best part comes when they tell me I must wear a mask. Seriously? Im about to see a dentist who will be working in my mouth! I dont care if they wear a mask, but Im not sick and would not be there if I where! This PC has gone WAY too far!

The hygienist, Gina, was my hygienist at another office prior to this one and I followed her because of her thoroughness and attention to detail. Grayem and Brace has changed every thing Ive thought about dental work. My family has a history of traumatic dental horror storys, so naturally I am terrified and untrusting of dentists. So far Ive had acouple teeth pulled and some fillings but today I got a root canal (my worst nightmare) and I have to say that no one I know could have walked me though this better. Everyone here has been so supportive and has made feel completely comfortable. Have been seeing Dr. Barry Brace for years and love his work. Today I saw Dr. Jillian Bruch for a filling replacement. She was wonderful! Told me everything that was happening before it happened, asked often if I was ok, and her work was great. She got my bite to match perfectly as it was before. Will definitely ask for her again. Also, I notice, to my pleasure that everytime she was handed an instrument or anything by her tech she was sure to say, Thank you.

So I came into the dentist office terrified of pain and ALL the mess that goes with dental work. Office was calming, staff was great especially Sarah. But in all reality, all I can say is, this was a new dentist to me, so I didnt trust him, BUT NOW HE IS COMPLETELY IN MY CIRCLE OF TRUST. NO! FLIPPING! PAIN! I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I was for this experience to finally find a dentist that didnt hurt me and whats crazy... I had 2 teeth pulled. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST to ALL us scary cats out there! I WILL be back!

This place is fantastic. I’m a dental chicken, I know that sounds silly from an adult, but it’s true. I had a root canal and a temporary crown, I didn’t feel a thing! Even this morning I was barely sore. I recommend this place for anyone with anxiety about going to the dentist.

My husband is the one who found this dentist. I have been nothing but impressed. Upon entering the inviting waiting room you are quickly and friendly greeted. They can usually anticipate which patient you are and they are quick to acknowledge that they know who you are and what you are there for. I does not take long to get to one of the many, once again inviting exam rooms. From the lobby to the exam rooms to the restroom everything is very neat, clean, and from what i can tell, well organized.On my first visit I took advantage of the new patient exam coupon. AND IT IS A GREAT DEAL!!! They do full dental x-rays and an exam for a very, very reasonable price. Then they create a dental plan where they break down what you need and how much it will cost. There is no surprise or hidden fees here!I highly recommend this dentist and do not hesitate to recommend him to everyone. Extra bonus is they take my insurance!

When I walked in, I felt a very warm and welcoming presence. The receptionist greeted me and it wasnt a long wait. Cindy the dental hygienist was super nice, fun, caring and personable. I told her about my high anxiety with dental visits and she made me feel super comfortable. The doctor that came in was very nice and informed me of everything I needed to know, even when I met with the young lady about my consultation, she was extremely nice and broke down every single detail to me no matter how many questions I asked. Dr. Graham replaced my filling today and since I always check reviews before shopping for pretty much anything I had to leave a review for Dr. Graham and his staff. I moved to Kirkwood recently and this was my first visit there. The office was very easy to find but even if it was further it would still be worth the drive. I have had a few dentist in the past, few here in USA and few of them in three other Europian countries but Dr. Graham is one of the best so far. Absolutely no pain or discomfort. Very fast but extremely satisfied with the work!. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!. Thank you Dr. Graham! I will be back.

I have a sever phobia with dentist, I had some major work done and for the most part the visit was as pain free as possible. Only had one problem with a tooth, which they had to refer me to a oral surgeon to put me under to remove it. The other two teeth they had to work on I never felt at all. So far my best experience I have had at a dentist and they was very good at making me feel relaxed.

Very nice and friendly hygienists. Very bad dentists! A tooth perfectly fine hurts now daily. They will try to put fillings everywhere where its possible!!!! Be aware! I looked for a better dentist with better reviews (you better do the same or will regret it eventually) and end up with a treatment plan WAY less expensive than the one with imaginary cavities and needless filling that this place wanted me to get. And they would say that the tooth that actually bothered me was fine ... I even started to second guess myself. Once I asked for my x-rays, even I saw the problem! They probably wanted to wait for it to get worst and cash in a little more since its pretty obvious with the other reviews that this is what they really are after.Im just mad at myself for not looking for a second opinion sooner because I would have saved money in needless filling. This place is the reason many people avoid going to the dentist until its to late:To avoid crooks .

This office is always so accommodating. I’ve had to go in for extensive dental work over the past couple years and they always find a way to get things going for me in a timely manner. They’re all so nice and seem happy to be working where they are. My veneers turned out beautiful, most importantly, but the made the pain and inconvenience of dental work not quite so bad.

Your staff was very welcoming and Gina did a great service for me by cleaning my All-on-Fours. I wish that you would have been willing to submit a claim to my AARP-UHC HMO-PPO to see if, in fact, they would have honored it. This procedure is a whole-body health-maintenance one...... just as is the professional cleaning and maintenance of our natural teeth.

When the time came for my dental work to be done, I chose sedation dentistry and it was the best thing I could have done. I fortunately have not had many issues with my teeth ever. I went to this office in January 2014, when I received a coupon for $1 teeth whitening when you schedule a cleaning. Since I live close and would like whiter teeth, I convinced my husband to try them. BIG MISTAKE! The staff was pleasant, but the cleaning was painful, the hygienist stabbed my gums several times. They took x-rays and claimed that I had 9 cavities. I have not had a cavity in over 15 years, so I was suspect. They gave me the several hundred dollar quote that made me want to choke. At checkout I asked about the whitening kit, and they told me they would fit me for the trays after the fillings to ensure a proper fit, convenient. I just left my regular dentist’s office for my cleaning I did not have any cavities. They told my husband he had 11 cavities, but our dental office found only 1.

My crown popped out a couple of nights before Thanksgiving. PANIC!! But they promptly squeezed me into their schedule when I called with my mini-emergency Wednesday morning.I appreciated this even more after realizing their shortened hours for the eve of the biggest Thursday of the year!What’s more: true to their promise, they didn’t charge me a penny for this service since I’ve done my part by just getting my bi-annual cleaning. They were as nice as usual! And I came home with a water pick I paid only a couple of dollars for. Why? Cuz I had credit in my account from my previous visit. I recommend them to EVERYONE!

Great experience! As a recently transitioned veteran i had been through the ringer of medieval dental practices through the VA. I was very concerned about my upcoming appointment with the dentist. The St. Louis County Dental Partnership put all my worries to rest. They were very concerned about my comfort level which is very satisfying. Pain free operation paired with great customer service equals great experience.

I have been a patient of this office since 2009 and simply love it. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming, and the office is decoratively beautiful as well. I live quite a distance away from the office but refuse to go any where else. Dr. Grayem and staff are the only people I trust.

Dr. Brace is an attentive, caring , knowledgeable and most professional dentist!! I cant say enough positive attributes about the office staff....they are always courteous and willing listen to my needs when I call or visit. Keep up the great job, guys :)

We took our daughter in for her first cavity filling. We were very afraid she would not handle it well, but Dr. Bruch was extremely good with her, and we did not have a single tear. My wife said it was like a Disney Princess was filling her cavity. Ha!

Amazing people work here. Everyone is very accommodating and they they all make you feel comfortable even if you have severe anxiety.
