I go into Great Clips and they already have my preferences locked in. But the personal touch they give every time makes the total cost worth it.

I went in yesterday for a haircut, i had never been to this location. An older lady cut my hair and did a terrible job. All I wanted was a 2 on the sides blended up with a little taken off the top. She took three minutes to cut my hair and rushed the whole thing. There was noone waiting and no reason for her to rush. She missed a ton of hair on the sides and didnt blend it at all. I hate to accuse this but it seemed like she was on something. Never going to this location again.

I simply asked for 1 to be trimmed from my hair. 2+ inches later it looks like Im in the Marines. These people do NOT listen and seem very cavalier about how they approach hair cutting. It certainly has ruined Thanksgiving. I now wont be attending our family gathering. Also a slim chance it may grow back by Christmas. Ill cross that off too. WHY ARENT THESE PEOPLE TRAINED...OR TAUGHT TO LISTEN?!?!

Stylist: MayaI went in for a haircut and my hair was left so uneven that the stylist didn’t care if she cut the same amount of hair on all sides.My hair was cut only in a few places and she said it’s done. I mentioned about it thrice that the hair was not evenly cut and each time she cut some hair somewhere in the middle and said it’s done. I came with a minimum expectation to get a haircut done by a professional who at least cuts my hair evenly on all sides and it’s far from that.Pathetic.Waste of time and money, I think I should go for a haircut again immediately to even it out.This is the first time in my whole life that I will be going for a haircut to fix a previous haircut.

I had a terrible experience. The girl cutting my hair was rude and didn’t listen to what I had to say or what I wanted with my hair. The layers she put in my hair are not even and look terrible. And she botched my bangs. Thumbs down, terrible customer service, and she pulled my hair.

Went in and asked for 2 inches off the girl was kind of rude and standoffish but I figured maybe she was having an off day so I wasn’t too worried about it. The girl took 6” off my hair, I was disappointed but as I had very long hair I figured maybe it was dead and needed to come off and that a trained stylist knew best and I left. While I was not impressed I was not too upset and figured I would just not come back to this shop. I didn’t realize until 2 days after that she butchered the back of my hair it was cut on an angle from left to right and the shorter side had a huge chunk taken out I had to get another 2” cut off my hair to even it up. I would not recommend coming to this location
