Just cant say enough good things about Dr. Hibbert! He is professional, confident, easy to talk to, has a great bedside manner and answered all of my questions. He was each to reach, very responsive and told me to call him on the weekend if I had any further questions. Never had a doctor like this ever! I would highly recommend him.Also, his office staff is amazing as well.

After two surgeries, both which went bad, my insides are ruined. The worst mistake I’ve ever made was submitting myself to this butcher “surgeon”. I think his surgeries are little more than trial and error experiments.

Dr. Hibbert is an incredible doctor and surgeon. I have been under his care for several months now and have undergone 2 surgeries and a colonoscopy with him. He always explains in great detail the surgeries and procedures and what to expect. If I have extra questions or concerns that come up he fits me into his schedule so he can meet with me in person and go over it all again. He doesn’t pressure you into unnecessary surgery but gives you all of the facts and what to expect with or without it and allows you to make the decision.I had some serious complications (no fault of Dr. Hibbert’s) and he was with me every step of the way ensuring that I was well cared for. He and his staff always make sure I can get in to the office even if it’s very last minute. Dr. Hibbert is also the best doctor I have had in terms of calling back quickly after hours if there are issues. I trust him implicitly and know I am in good hands. Thanks to him, I’m finally starting to get my life back.Angela and Kim in the office are also fabulous. They always greet me by name and are a huge help when I need anything. If you have colorectal issues, I highly recommend this office.

Loved the doctor and felt confident after I left his office. Everything fell apart from there. His staff are complete idiots and can’t answer any questions and struggle remembering who you are even if you just had a loooooong face-to-face conversation with them 20 minutes before. Also, if you have questions about your surgery, they will give you the run around. It’s the day before my surgery and they can’t tell me what or why regaurds to my procedure and they just keep repeating the info on the sheet they gave me about my presurgery prep. Thanks, but I can read and that’s not answering my questions. They can’t tell me if my current medication will interact with the surgery tomorrow (I get that, they aren’t medically trained) and the prescription that Dr. Hibbert was supposed to have ready for me, they have no record of and can’t do anything about it until 4 this afternoon. Then they pushed me off to the pre-op team. Those people were even more awful. Had me repeat the same info I spent a lot of time filling out TWICE in two different places. Again, they can’t tell me if current medication will be an issue. They have read ZERO of my medical records (even though it’s been available to them in multiple places PER THEIR REQUEST). At this point I just canceled. I have ZERO confidence that this ‘medical’ team has my best interest at heart and there’s no way I’m letting them slice me open and mess around with my insides if they can’t even read the information I provided them. Please do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. It’s such a shame, Dr. Hibbert seemed awesome, but the people he’s surrounded himself with shouldn’t be trusted with peoples lives....

Dr. Hibbert and his staff are amazing! Dr. Hibbert has performed two surgeries on me and I highly recommend him.
