Never come there again! We’re very upset their work! They took big money, but they did nothing, very poor service at the front desk. Despite client paying them a lot of money for services, they don’t have time for a client, they are very unfriendly.

Dont come here!. Ive got in detention and they helped me about, but after this I should started to do my paperwork about and I hired them again. They told me that I have to complete out form I-589,and they will send the form and I will get pretty fast the EAC (employment authorization card) paying them 2000$. But actually they didnt tell me that before the I-589 I have to do the story explaining why Im afraid to go back and proof about. So my suggest to you be carefully about and look what they are saying.

I had insufficient experience with Kesselman Law firm. The main issue I had was the customer service. It was impossible to get a hold a secretary, always late responses over email. The second issue was that my paralegal advocate did not prepare original documents for the consulate where my kids had an appointment. I asked what documents need to be prepared as it is mentioned on the USCIS website that original docs should be ready, but the lawyer said that the USCIS office sent the file to the consulate. Again... the website stated clearly that have to be original docs even we filed already to the USCIS office. Roman Kessleman was advising us during the interview at the USCIS office in Tukwilla, and he was very professional. He is the owner of the law firm, but when I had issues with the administration of his office, he never replied to my email.One of my kids got an immigration visa, the second kid (teenager) got stuck in the administrative process. The Kesselman law firm were not willing to push the consulate to get answers, as the consulate had kept my sons passport and he even could not travel! My older child case was incomplete, I was frustrated and unhappy. I decided to withdrew the case from the Kesselman Law firm and to transfer it to another lawyer, who charged me money to complete the case but at least my son got the passport and the new lawyer keeps pushing senators to complete the case. At least the new lawyer is accessible and very responsive!I would not recommend Kesselman. No no !
