I had a very difficult experience with Dr. Johnston as I am going through my first miscarriage. She did not care what I had to say, or wanted to make time to listen to my concerns. She laid out my three options of what I could do next and seemed inpatient when my husband and I asked questions. I was very emotional and this is the first time I had this experience, and I just hoped any doctor would be more patient and empathetic. Because of this bad experience with this doctor, I will no longer be coming here but I do want to add that the the staff, the nurses and everyone else in this clinic has always been wonderful. I had my first baby with a doctor here (Bonnie Gong) and I was very happy, but after this really bad experience with this doctor, I have decided to find a new clinic and have a new OBGYN. It could have been my bad experience only because of my hard situation and I was emotional and I felt we had a language barrier too, I didn’t understand her English to well and felt she didn’t understand our questions and maybe she felt we had taken too much of her time already and was trying to end our consultation. So no, I will not be coming back here.

My wife is a “high risk” pregnancy, and has miscarried in the past. This pregnancy has been a journey for both of us, and this place couldn’t provide better care. ALL of the staff are awesome. They have great attention to detail, super knowledgeable, and everyone has been so warm and encouraging. We’ve seen a few different doctors and we are grateful we landed here. Dr. Dise is awesome, and the ultrasound techs (or whatever they’re called, sorry ladies, I’m an idiot) are the BEST. Thanks to everyone for being so awesome. Makes walking up the hill much easier knowing these awesome women are helping us.

Guoli Johnston is very rude and arrogant. She is also arbitrary. She doesn’t even know his profession. When I visited her to ask if I can do laparoscopy, she said it is not covered by my insurance. If she knows it is not covered by my insurance, why does she ask me to visit her? Except for asking me to pay for the bill, what does she do? She makes me sick. Actually, when I double check with my insurance , the surgery is covered by my insurance. As an OB, she is so unprofessional. I just experienced a miscarriage, she doesn’t even know the reason but blame all the failure to my egg quality. She don’t even ask how old is my husband. She is not an IVF doctor but she asks me to find donor eggs. I am only 35 years old. Who gives her the right to judge me? She is a really disgusting doctor! Please don’t look for her as your OB. Trust me! Except for She humiliating you, she will do nothing.

Rude, arrogant, ignorant. this doctor doesnt care about her patient at all, my wife had an appointment with her and asked her some simple questions, she said just google it. W**, she doesnt know what she is doing and I dont know how she became a doctor. I would never go back to her and would not recommend to anyone.
