The therapists are all very accommodating, the facilities are simple and clean, and the prices are very good. Walk ins are frequently accommodated, but as this place has grown in popularity there are times of the day when they are at capacity so its good to call ahead. They have been great all along!

Nice place and nice staff. However the massages are not consistent depending on who does the messages. Some are good and strong and some are not but overall good place

The massage was okay, but at the end when I went to pay it was $70 and I handed the guy $90 and he said that wasn’t enough for a tip, and insisted I gave him the $10 I had visible in my wallet...feeling uncomfortable I just gave it to him and left. Won’t be going back

This is my favorite place in all of Seattle and Bellevue to get a foot massage. They do everything right- the location is clean and quiet, the prices are reasonable, the massages are great, and the prices are very reasonable. They have a wide variety of massage options to choose from and you can make a reservation online as well. Highly recommended.

The best of the “no frills” massage places I’ve seen. I appreciate that they offer chair massages and online booking!

I went here while 39 weeks pregnant because my feet were just killing me. I got the 60 min foot massage, which began with a head/neck/facial massage and then work on my nerves/muscles in my arms and hands while my feet soaked. He then spent at least 20-30 min focusing on my feet. I dont know what he did exactly, but the intense swelling and pain went away. It was amazing when I took my shoes off at home and they still werent swollen. I cant imagine going anywhere else for a foot massage now. The ambience of this place is so relaxing and they treat you with the utmost care.

I wish I could upload a pic with my review because I have a screenshot of this conversation. For some reason it’s not letting me so I will copy and paste. They have the online booking which says time slots are available. Don’t bother because they call or text you to say they’re not.I reply asking “why does the online booking say this slot is available if it’s not?”“Because the booking now online only”Uhhh... is that not what I just did?“Not online online ”Huhhh?Okay now I’m confused. So I respond by saying that it was my first time trying the business out and this happened, that’s not good for business. I get this reply.“People book online really early not in short time. That’s why you don’t get in”.Excuse me? I work in a line of business where bookings are made all the time. Some weeks before and some minutes before. So that’s not only an unprofessional thing to say, but also uneducated.I explained that I had to rearrange my work schedule around to make one of the time slots they showed available on the website. By doing that I lost out on money.“Booking online not 100%”I stated that’s fine I will patronize another business. I don’t want to give a place like that my hard earned money. I said I will leave a review explaining my negative booking experience.“I don’t know how can you review with out getting in first and try it”Duh! That’s what I tried to do, but you just text me saying you can’t get me in!I respond “I can review it by saying what just happened. The website says times are available when they’re not. I’m sure that review will help others in my situation. No. People book online all the time. I work in a similar line of business and we get bookings at anytime. Not “short time.” So by you just saying that makes your business look even worse. I will be sure and screenshot your conversation for my review. Thank you and please do not bother me anymore nor respond.“I have to confirm you booking if we can’t do it we have to let you know first that is what I did. “First of all, I politely asked you not to respond and continue wasting my time. I’m on the way to the other reputable spa down the street from you. Yeah they charge slightly more, but you get what you pay for. Second, if you have to “confirm the booking” then the website should state that. Maybe I would have called to book rather than do it online.Long story short, don’t waste your time. These people don’t deserve your money.

The only reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the actual massage was good. With that being said I can’t say the experience was pleasant. I just got done working a very long home show here in Seattle for my boss . I got rewarded with a massage . The company set it up for me to get a 1 hour massage . I was very excited and grateful. Sadly when I walked into this massage place the lady at the front desk to check me in was very rude . I walked in and she was like are you the 11:30 massage? I said yes . She said ok so are you paying cash or card ? I said cash . She said ok with cash it’s cheaper it’s 55 dollars. (Which I already knew because my boss paid for it And gave me cash ) I responded yes I know . She said also you have to do a 15-20 tip . I was in shock . I replied well I will tip after the massage what I feel is appropriate but why are telling me I have to ? She replied because you have to and it’s expected . I replied aren’t tips optional.? She said yes but it’s expected . At this point I felt highly disrespected. I live here in America I know when to tip for her to tell me that within seconds of me walking in the door was highly rude . She even said should I text your boss and tell him to bring you more money ?. I was like no I’ll call him myself . He spoke to the lady and let her know it was highly rude for her to talk like that and also assuming I don’t know even to leave a tip . When she was on the phone with him she started to lie and retracted her entire story . Anyways long story short I got the massage . The guy did a good job . So I tipped 🤷🏽‍♀️ She apologized after when I was about to leave . It just wasn’t a pleasant experience but the massage was good . Only thing after that is the massage therapist was kind but he had on shoes that had a horrible Oder to them . Kind of like socks you’ve worn to many times .

I will never come back to this place. I went for 1 hour foot massage. The place seems o.k. at first, but had a strange smell. The masseur doing my massage had a horrible tobacco breath - not acceptable. The foot massage part was 15 min total. The whole experience was a torture not relaxing. I was literally beaten up with his coping hands moves. After the masseur started to massage my left part of my back I couldnt take it any longer and said no more, thank you. I wish I stopped him sooner. Now, few hours later my left back is killing me in pain. My legs hurts too. Not only the experience was not relaxing, but now I am in horrible pain! Oh and during my massage, the other therapist was snoozing on one of the other massage chairs - so creepy to hear the sounds coming out from him behind me. I would give negative stars if I can.

Fantastic Experience at an unbeatable price! Ive had many dozens of full body massage and probably over a hundred reflexology sessions these past 30 years & Ive got to say, this was the best value Ive ever come across. My girlfriend and I both got a simultaneous 1 hour foot massage on her birthday recently and what we received was quite a surprise. In addition to a hot foot soak/bath while my neck, head, arms and hands were massage; each foot received a full 20 minute workover and then a hot towel wash. But that wasnt all! To round out their session, we were asked to roll onto our stomachs on what were super comfortable chairs that transformed into a flat couch and they finished off with a full back side petrissage...Petrissage (from French pétrir, to knead) are massage movements with applied pressure which are deep and compress the underlying muscles. It felt heavenly and they paid great attention to comfort throughout our session, with relaxing chinese music playing softly in the background.Talk about over delivering and all for just $25! Im used to paying at least $50 for such pampering and they have super convenient hours, taking both walk-ins and scheduled appointments. If you want to treat a loved one or yourself to some TLC, this is a great pick!
