She has been practicing and teaching others for or over 25 years while continually expanding her knowledge and evolving her work to ensure lasting results for her clients. Her forte is helping you bring your structure into better balance so you can live life pain free. She has helped me to do this after a car accident and after having my children. Ive gone to at least 5 different massage therapists on the Eastside and now that Ive found Pamela, I will search no more. Ive seen her for sore back/neck/hips and shes helped me every time. Upon entering Optimal Balance Massage, the serene atmosphere--ambient lighting, soft music, and relaxing furnishings--already began bringing me a sense of calm. Massage therapist, Pamela took time to get to know my health background and concerns and even asked about my goals for massage. We focused on a head and neck massage to help relieve significant neck pain that I had for months but did not know the source of. She consistently checked in on pain or pressure during the massage and adjusted accordingly. It felt great and I could feel the knots and tightness loosening. She also suggested stretching I could do at home for my neck. Im happy to say I left euphoric and deeply relaxed, with more range of motion than Ive had in my neck for months. Pamela helped me so much I wish I had gone to see her sooner! She is very knowledgable and truly cares about you as a whole. Highly, highly recommend.
