Herban Wellness is a great store down on the Kirkland waterfront. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of dried herbs and tinctures and books on healthy living. They also offer some great classes. I keep trying to get into their body products classes but theyre always full when I can make it! :) Go check it out. Its a really neat store with some fun gift ideas.

I took my best friend here for their class on Salves and Balms. We both loved it!!!Even though the class was pretty early (About 9:30AM) it was full!The teacher was super friendly and thorough when explaining about the properties of different herbs. She let us feel and smell all the oils to see how different each one was.At the very end, we got to take home our own little tin of salve and a small jar of lotion.We will definitely be back!

I went to one of Herban Wellness classes on how to make your own body products and had a great time. It was amazing to me how easy it was to make my own body lotion or lip balm. Anytime you go in to Herban Wellness, you can get help choosing what you need. Its been life-changing to start making my own products and my skin has never been better!

Is a great place to find herbs and or natural products that will address issues from sore muscles still having trouble to sleep at night and more. You could buy your ribs pre-packaged or in bulk to use as you wish. The staff is smart and knowledgeable and really good about helping you figure out what you need to get the job done!

This is an urban oasis that I enjoy for a free cup of steaming herbal tea while I get in a chat about something of interest. I have taken several classes and enjoyed each and every one. Homemade soap being a fave. But, probably the most important thing they have done was not for me, but for my daughter. I am not claiming a miracle but real close. A few years ago my daughter was having a hard time with her hormones coming off the pill, and was not getting pregnant. I went in and spoke with Katya (discreetly) and she recommended a tea to balance her hormones. Needless to say, I am now a grandma. She sped things up the natural way, which is the easiest, and best way. So, wink wink Herban Wellness. I will forever be indebted to you!

I love Herban Wellness classes held by Katya. Herban Wellness has the best teas! They are set in a cozy little Kirkland amidst many coffee shops and nifty stores, but the store has a class of its own. I met a student at Bastyr who was in the same program as me the first time I went in, and she was so sweet and accommodating. Overall, Herban Wellness has top-notch products, location and is genuinely concerned with knowing their customers. Im a fan.

In my search to find more natural products and medicines, I came across Herban Wellness. I started by taking a few classes from Katya and now just like to swing by and check out whats new when Im in the area. The classes were really fun and informative. Everyone Ive met at the store has been really friendly. Katya is extremely knowledgeable and had great suggestions of how to incorporate little things here and there into your everyday life so you arent overwhelmed at first. My boyfriend was having really bad achilles problems and instead of icy hot, I made him my first salve after taking a class at Herban Wellness. He said it was something he would have bought at a store. After taking another class, I made chapsticks for friends...who have asked for refills. There is something for everyone. If you have the chance to check out any of her classes or even pop by the store, you should. Its a great time to get ideas for holiday gifts...homemade or otherwise.

Cannot say enough good things about this shop! Was diagnosed with some thryoid issues, and the doctors synthetic medicine just wasnt doing the trick. I wanted to try the natural route, but didnt have the extra money to see a Naturopath; when I walked into HW, and asked the herbalist about my thyroid issues, she spent a solid 45 minutes educating me on how my thyroid works, what the issues are, and how to treat them properly. She then spent time providing me supplements, powders, and oils to help my body, walking me through each one and what it does, and even gave me recommendations for websites to go to! My health has already had such a turn-around. Not to mention, their skin care products are out of this world, AND everything is so fairly priced. This is, without a doubt, my new favourite shop!
