Its a rather confusing entrance. You walk in and the only place to go, is walk in front of all the cash lanes. I just moved here from Kent East Hill and enjoyed that store much more. This store does carry a good selection of wines and other adult beverages. Walking the store was rather odd but, was in a bit of a hurry. The manager on duty acknowledged me when he passed me in the store and I appreciate that! Also ~ Very Polite and Professional when handling the issue with my transaction. (maybe audit some transactions) just a friendly suggestion. Good Stuff Always at Grocery Outlet stores. You always grab more than expected! 😉

Really great prices as compared to Safeway, fred meyer. Look out for deals. Staff is polite and helpful. Some products will have expiry date soon, check for that.

This used to be a red apple market like a couple years ago or so. Im so glad that super market left cuz bargain market is awesome. Im gonna be honest, sometimes youll find produce thats a little unappealing, and some goods that are a little iffy in quality or nearing their expiration date, but overall youll get really awesome finds here at super great prices. Including known brands of all sorts. My favorite thing about this place is that there always rotating stock and finding new products to try out for great deals. Holy moly! Ive discovered so many cool things I had no idea existed, including wonderful keto companies, plant based foods, delicious beverages, and on occasion protein shakes, snack bars, and brands of milk from California. It has become our go-to for a lot of quick meals since we live so close. We cant always rely on them having everything since they do rotate stock. So when we have a complex meal to make well go to Safeway, and stop by hear in case we forget anything. I really recommend trying this place out, they have been a wonderful addition to the community.

Love this store, it’s kind of a grab bag with what you will find but most of the time I get what I need at great prices. Bonus for being next to a Dollar Tree and a Boba restaurant. Between them three I keep coming every week.

The cashier wouldnt bag my groceries properly, actually refused to. She made it super hard to carry my groceries in those paper bags and the bottoms were falling out. I couldnt carry them all and the milk dropped and spilled all over. Then the cashier berated me for her inability to bag some groceries properly in front of a lot of people. She should have been fired on the spot, I stead she was allowed to yell at me, the customer, for her actions.

Today a very thoughtful gentleman from the butcher area came out and offered me a face mask. I was walking in store with my shirt sleeve over my mouth because i had forgotten my mask at home. So thoughtful.

For a Grocery Outlet, it is well organized and not cluttered. Staffing is minimal but they are professional and efficient. There are bargains to be had but be wary of the expiration dates. I find their pricing to be very competitive especially on staples, produce, and non perishables. Meat prices vary. Cleaning product pricing is ok. This store has decent aisles compared to the Crossroads store. I like how this store is well stocked. Since this is in Kirkland, you either get a paper bag or buy their reusable bags. Parking is plentiful. Sometimes, you will find a deal on garden items or gifts. Stay away from some of the ear buds or headphones. They may be cheap but dont sound good.

May 2020BEWARE: PRICE GOUGING DURING PANDEMIC in community. Bridle Trails owner would not honor DEALS for BRANDS advertised in May 6-12 ad advising they do not participate in National Offers, although ad clearly shows COST for their location. The Great Fish Co. Salmon advertised $3.99, actually cost $6.99 and BOGO for Youngs is not a BOGO offer in store. Couple more items in cart did not ring as advertised. Owner would not even acknowledge mistake. Perhaps lose the Grocery Outlet BRAND? Advised owner I will never shop here again. His response? Goodbye, have a nice day! Unfortunate franchisee is blatant with PRICE GOUGING during pandemic in our community.August 2018Would be even better if items were priced or priced right. At checkout had to walk the owner around the store to show what its priced on shelves. One month later, still same issues not resolved. Example Foster Farms frozen chicken thighs have two prices listed right next to them.

Went in to see what replaced our Red Apple. Lets just say Im very thankful that we still have Safeway on 85th, Ill be driving to Rosehill, just not interested in shopping at a thrift store super market.

I like this place pretty well. Lots of deals on items that typically could be more expensive at other stores. Occasionally Ill find items on sale at the normal grocery store for same price as here. I usually come by when looking for a deal on ice cream, meat, or fresh fruits and veggies. People here are nice enough. If you are willing to be flexible on items and/or brands great place to shop!

Fantastic people.

Terrible service. Employees act as if unhapppy to be working there. Not one at any point asked if assitance was needed, not a friendly/caring face around. I just got mean looks thrown my way eveywhere I went. Cashier didnt even greet me. I said thank you before walking after paying, because she didnt care much to say it and yet she cared even less. So sad how they are so unhappy there that they pass on their bad attitude to their customers.

Great store. I mostly stopped to use the bathroom. As a delivery driver there arent many places for stop and go. Even some gas stations dont offer some. I cant just pull over on the side of the road and take a leak.The lady working the register was super nice. Wish I had written her name down.

I will only buy name brand frozen or canned foods from there. Yes its cheaper but everything seems to be close to its expiration. Some of the staff are very nice but today I had a younger kid who was basically tossing my stuff. So the kirkland bridle trails gets 3 stars from me.

I have always been happy about the deals and some of the staff have been helpful and kind, but today I was appalled at what I saw. An elderly disabled gentleman was in a handicapped electric shopping cart, sitting aside the register, waiting for something clearly. I grabbed my drink and got in another line and he was still near the door waiting clearly. There was no one behind me in line, and an employee who wasn’t directly helping anyone at that point was telling this gentleman that she could not take his single bag of groceries to the car. After insisting, she walked outside and past him to his car and left the bag next to it when he was taking a while to cross the busy intersection as it was a Saturday afternoon.This kind of lack of humanity is just really rude and I don’t see people held accountable for it often and I hope I don’t encounter something like this again.

It is what it says on the tin, and not much more. While they certainly have the best prices on some items, always look around at other places like Safeway and QFC as well - often club prices will bring things down in cost comfortably at other locations.

Go to kenmore or Lynwood. They have more selection and offer seniors discounts and military/veterans discounts. This is the only one that does not offer it. Some products are good deals, not nearly the savings they claim. I bought 5 of the 1 lb. bacon packs on clearance ( expiring in 2 days) for 77 cents each. They claim I saved $58....liars.

I am really pleased that GOBM showed up as a replacement for what was a previously a Red Apple grocery store. The Bridle trails neighborhood where this grocery has chosen to do business is a notoriously overpriced area,. The previous Red Apple was ridiculous on their pricing. As there are lots of people who live and work in this area that dont have a huge income this grocery is a blessing. I shopped there today and picked a normal bi-monthly selection of products and my bill as almost 1/2 of what it would have been at the previous grocery store. Yeah!

Think large convenience store with great prices. They stock most items one would find in a large grocery store, however, selection is limited.
