Dr Eskandari has been my Endocrinologist for the past 3 years. She and her staff are extremely professional and I highly recommend her! I was referred to her by my family member who also sees her. She spends extra time explaining whatever I need and I always have extra questions. I have even called during off hours and she called me back to answer my question. A little back ground on me, I am 36 years old and my wife 3 years ago was diagnosed with Stage 4 Medullary Thyroid Cancer. So needless to say I have experience our health care system, both the good and Bad, especially when it comes to Endocrinologist. Dr Eskandari, is great. Her staff is friendly and quick. She is very responsive when emailed and messaged. Her bedside manner does lean more towards the no nonsense straight forward approach. which when dealing with something as complex as the endocrine system is exactly what you want. I read other reviews here on google as well as other web sites and almost cancelled my Apt. I glad I didnt, when my wife first got her diagnose it took months to work through the health care system, get the tests results and finally the diagnose. My process took a week. I credit that to Doctor Eskandaris no nonsense style and dedication. If you want a great Doc, look no further

Very disappointed with service received. I was referred to another endocrinologist by my primary care doctor but was placed on a very long waiting list. I was referred to Dr Escondarias she had openings sooner. Her mannerisms do NOT instill a feeling of competence in me regarding her abilities. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had surgery to remove it. THANK GODMy surgeon was outstanding. I was readmitted to ER several times following surgery for low calcium level. My surgeon was the one who picked this up first. After a few other issuesand being told one too many times that I dont have time to explain this to you by her, I just went back to my primary care doctor who said he was able to handle the issues. I shared some e mails Dr Escondari sent me and he supported my search for a different, and hopefully, more professionally oriented endocrinologist. I never saw any other people in her waiting room whenever I had an office appointment which, on retroflexion, seems strange.
