I don’t usually leave reviews online...but I haven’t been this pain free in ten years. Everything was thoroughly explained and there were no surprises...except how much better I felt walking out than I did when I walked in! Highly recommend giving this place a go.

I have been seeing Dr. Pace for more than a year now. He takes care of his patients with utmost care and dignity. He takes time to know me and my issues. He has very broad knowledge of medicinal practices from around the world which I believe comes form his overseas learning experience. With that, I believe he is able to connect the dots from various threads and provide a logical reasoning for any chiropractic issue one might have. He is honest, very reasonable and extremely friendly. Would recommend anyone to go see him.

Doctor Pace is the best chiropractor out there! He is one of the very few doctors who genuinely care about the well being of his patients. I recommend him to all my friends and family whenever they complain about their body being in pain and all have said he was amazing! Positive Chiropractic is a great place to go if you are feeling any discomfort in regards to muscular or skeletal discomfort. Dr. Pace(Pa-chay) listens closely to your pains and knows how to address the area to make you feel better. I initially went to see him for shoulder and back pain, but it was a number of different areas that needed adjustment. He did not sign me up for a several week regime, but it has taken a number of weeks to relieve my discomfort. I would recommend him to anyone.

Found this clinic on google and so glad I did! I’ve been to chiropractors in the past but I’ve had the best experience with Dr Pace. He really takes the time needed to listen to my concerns and thoroughly do the adjustments needed. I always feel great and rejuvenated after my appointments. I’ve never felt rushed or invalidated in my pain at any appointment. There’s also no pressure for treatment plans etc. Jessie at the front desk is also so helpful and kind. I like that we are all aligned in the science of healing. :)

1) My service room had no door (no privacy), offices didn’t have the appropriate equipment to treat me (no x-ray or measurement machines).2) No discussion of the need for X-rays or explaining why it wasn’t considered necessary.3)Aggressive manipulation after my stating I was nervous about it (particularly on my neck with no definitive explanation of what was wrong without an x-ray).4)Pubic bone manipulation on day one might have been inappropriate.5)The billing to the insurance company of close to $600 was extremely excessive (this was for a single service without x-rays and included unreasonably high charges for things like advice from my practitioner).

I love the holistic view that Dr. Pace and staff have on chiropractic health. Supplements are available to aid in healing. Cash packages make care more affordable. And insurance is readily accepted. I have been extremely happy with the care I have received at Positive Chiropractic!

Awesome doctor! His adjustment is very detail from head to toe. A session usually goes for 15-20mins unlike other places I’ve been that only do the basic stuffs in less than 5mins.

I can’t recommend Positive Chiropractic and Dr Pace enough! My very first appointment was an emergency and he promptly found me a spot on his schedule (in the middle of a pandemic) and was thorough with my medical history and patiently listened to all of my lifetime events that could’ve probably caused the immense amount of back pain I found myself that day.Sure enough he figured out what my problem was and with only 2 adjustments I was freed of the pain. He sent me home with an specific exercise band to strengthen my back muscles and advised me to be consistent with my yoga and keep my body moving. That is because he sees the bigger picture and if I treat my body well I won’t need to be coming back to his office which makes me trust him!We purchased a Family Package with them and I ended up taking my husband and 3 kids to be adjusted too! Haha Yeap, that’s how much we appreciate his work and expertise, also the environment is peaceful and the front desk person is as sweet as honey!Make an appointment and you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Pace thinks whole body. We talk adjustments, exercise and diet. He cares for me as a person and hears me when I talk through what hurts. He has adjusted my ribs that we spading, hope that are out of alignment and more. Him and his associate tag family with adjustments and physical therapy so that alignments hold for long term change rather then a quick fix. The whole staff is lovely.

Dr. Pace really cares about fixing the problem/ailment at the source rather than the “here, take a pill (to fix the symptoms)” approach. He has managed to improve and often eliminate most of the issues I have brought to him. My whole family sees him to address all kinds of issues, ranging from migraines to my daughter’s aches and pains from ballet dancing. We also go for regular “maintenance” adjustments - (even our dog!)

I’ve been getting adjusted since I’m a baby. For this reason there’s a certain level of quality I anticipate and Dr. Pace far exceeds those expectations. Very talented and dedicated doctor, highly recommend

These guys are scam artists. i was under the impression that i would only have to make co-payments but these guys were charging my insurance hundreds per visit for things i never asked for and wasnt aware of and when my insurance wouldnt cover it they hit me with the charges. the only reason i gave them 2 stars is because the adjustments (that took 5 minutes) were good. dont go to this place if you want to be able to afford food..........

Awful experience. They forgot to bill $500 worth of visits, and when I contacted them twice about the missing bills I was told my account was paid up. They then refered the bills to collections without contacting me. DO NOT use their service until they get a proper billing department.Edit: Their reply below came 9 months after the fact, and my first instinct was to sink to Positive Chiropractics level and reply with an equally passive aggressive response.I wont do that. Just know that these people made a simple course of treatment an absolute nightmare to pay for, and 9 months after they reply with the below comment. They are either incompetent or unethical, and Im not sure which is worse.

Dr. Pace truly listens and then fixes the problem(s). He and his staff are kind and helpful. He actually fixed and took away all pain from my back and I had gone to countless MDs and other Chiropractors whom had never really helped. He is honestly has been the biggest change in my health in years if not the last decade. I am 35 years old and in the last 2 months I have gone from being in so much pain that I couldnt walk through a parking lot without extreme back pain to no pain and loosing over 30 pounds since first meeting Dr. Pace. Also it is a true family feel. I have never posted a review online before but felt that I should spread the word after the amazing care that I received!!!

I really have enjoyed my experience here. Staff is very helpful and informative. I love the look of the office with all the fish and plants. After my first adjustment I had a lot less pain and have felt so much better since.

I had been into a collision on January 28th, since then I am visiting this clinic and it was a wonderful experience with Dr Ehren M. Pace and Dr Conner Cuevas at their clinic. I have noticed great change and energy in my left back shoulder and back neck after a detailed chiropractic treatment and massage. I would rather say 100% energy and excitement. But I would love to visit a couple of times a month even I am feeling perfect. I strongly recommend their clinical services and their professionalism.

Both Kristine and Katie are extremely knowledgeable, informative and provide the most fantastic therapeutic message. I am in the medical profession myself and greatly appreciate their level of professionalism and ability to aid me with my overall health. I transitioned to their practice from a previous message therapist a year ago and whish I had discovered them sooner. I highly recommend this practice overall.

Kelly is compassionate, kind and trusting. She has a way of really connecting with her patients and gets to know them on a personal level. Besides that, she is knowledgable and good at what she does. Within 1 week I noticed my neck pain and stiffness subside, and she completely healed my hamstring issues that were impeding my yoga practice! I feel healthy and strong again.

I work and live near this office and thought I would try it. Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Sudore and my shoulder feels miles better! Dr Sudore is great. Not only did she address my issues, she recommended my daughter come in after a growth spurt. My daughter was tentative at first, but the doctors approach made things easy to understand and took away any fear. My daughter not only feels better, she is now requesting to go back so she can feel better.

Ive been going to the office for about a year, initially for acupuncture with Dr. Jin, and started seeing Dr. Sudore a few months later for chiropractic.Theyve been instrumental in my recovery from spinal problems and a flare up that caused my shoulder to atrophy, and were able to offer me relief and progress in a few short months that a year+ of going to my doctors at group health and taking their drugs and undergoing minor surgeries could not.The folks behind the counter are kind and courteous and take the time to get to know you. Their willingness to work with my tight budget during some of those tough times has also been a great source of relief, knowing that I wouldnt have to sacrifice my health and well-being if I happened to be a few dollars short.All in all, these guys are just great to work with and really know what theyre doing. I went through a horrific motorcycle accident where I broke and tore up majority of my body and after all 13 surgeries my body was still in major pain. So my wife told me to go check out this Chiropractor named Dr. Pace she was seeing before and I gave it a shot. He was able to do a full adjustment plus where ever it was hurting/aching, he would adjust there too. He tells you what is going on and how he is going to do it. He is a great guy to talk with and amazing Chiropractor. I absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of Chiro. All my aches are gone, the mobility in my right knee has increased due to Dr. Pace. Overal I have had an excellent experience!

Dr. Kelley was recommended to me by my instructor. I had been going to another spot in Renton and it was not helping at all. Even after the first appointment, I can already tell she is more about correcting the problem, and the adjustment was much more intense and beneficial!

I was having severe pain in my arm and numbness in my hands. Within a couple of visits to Dr. Sudore, the pain started going away and the numbness and tingle got better. This is the best I have felt in a long time.

I found Dr. Sudore after being in lots of pain. I’ve had back pain issues all of my life. My herniated disc makes it worse. I let myself go a little too long to get help. Dr. Sudore and Laura greeted me with friendly faces and truly care about me. I’m a unique person to them, not just someone else with pain. That means they focus on me, and what I need. I also met their new massage therapist (who hasn’t even started yet), she gave me a demo of what she could to do to help me pain. It was wonderful to get to meet her and get a chance to see what she can do to help me. It’s so nice to walk into an office and feel like they are really rooting for me to feel better. I’ve been to a few chiropractors in the past, but I really appreciate Dr. Sudore’s approach. I also really like that she does manual manipulation and it feels complete when she is done. Places in the past have used technology to adjust me, and not only does it not feel like it helps, it’s hard for me to trust a machine to feel what’s going on. With Dr. Sudore, you’re in great hands! After the first adjustment I could see big difference, I’m excited to be on the road to recovery!

I am having an excellent experience at Positive Chiropractic and Wellness. Last week I had severe pain shooting down my leg and was barely able to walk across a parking lot. With trepidation I called the office. I was nervous about seeing a chiropractor as it was my first time. I spoke with Dani, the office manager, who was wonderfully kind and sympathetic. I saw Dr Kelly Sudore later that day. She examined me, showed me how my hip was out of alignment and my spine was twisting, then she set about re-aligning me (an adjustment). If youve never been to a chiropractor the descriptions are true. Prepare for manhandling, back-cracking, and body-slamming. It works! I feel great! And, it works better if you relax, breath and let the good doctor do her work. I highly recommend Dr Sudore. She is experienced, kind, confident and completely capable. Im a convert to chiropractry and to her office. I also had an fantastic therapeutic message by message therapist Kristen Kohler. Now one adjustment is not the end all. My body has been twisted for years so the muscle memory pulls everything out of alignment again, and living/work (those small repetitive movements) continue to kink my back, but Im working on all that: better ergonomics at work and home, yoga, and future regular adjustments. After 3 adjustments in one week my leg pain is 95% gone, and strangely, other parts of my body (my shoulders and neck) feel better, more supple, and I walk smoother. I didnt even have complaints about these things. Go get your back re-aligned and go to Positive Chiropractic and Wellness. Its the best thing Ive done for my body in years.

I started seeing Dr. Sudore about 8 months ago to address injuries to my back and shoulder area. This was the first time I had gone to a chiropractor and was a bit nervous about adjustments. She walked me through the process and eased me into the adjustment. She is certified with Graston technique and between that and cold laser the entire process has helped my back immensely. My shoulder and back are so much better now and the pain has decreased so much. She is genuinely passionate about her care of her patients, you can hear it in her voice and she listens well.This office also has a wonderful massage therapist (Kristin) and acupuncturist Dr. Lori. Ive seen all three and its wonderful to have them collaborate on the best course of action to take to resolve my pain and back issues. I think this very unique having one office with different treatment options. Id highly recommend Dr. Sudore, Kristin, and Dr. Lori to family/friends or anyone in pain.

I hav been suffering from a bad back pain and all over the right side of the body for several months after my pregnancy and delivery.On my first visit Doctor found my right leg was not aligned properly.She adjusted me and my pain has decreased a lot.Doctor Sudore is very Nice, she makes me comfortable on my every VISIT.I was so worried , due to my back pain i was not able to carry my baby .Hoping in few more VISITs i will be completely out of my pain to carry my daughter myself :-).
