I had been seeing Dr. Krause for at least two solid months, twice a week. He is one of the most caring doctors, and he often stayed after just to see me and my wife after our horrific automotive accident. Dr. Krauses genuine love for his patients is unmatched by any doctors I have ever met. Hes even great at entertaining my 2 year old and incorporating him into my care.

Dr. Paul Krause is an amazing Chiropractor. He takes time to explain what he does and answers any concerns you have. I have been going to him for few years, starting out with a kink on my back to the point I could not stand straight without pain and now maintaining my back to the point where I can move and I can be flexible. I never thought I can feel this good. Paul is definitely, as one of his client calls him - The Bone Whisperer.

Called Better Back and Body having some pretty severe lower back pain. Maggie was so kind on the phone, and they were able to get me in that evening. Maggie was an absolute pleasure to chat with while I waited for my massage. Their practice is really welcoming and well decorated. My masseuse, Andrea, was also extremely warm and friendly. I had the BEST massage I have ever had. She even called the next day to check in on me. 2 days later and Im completely pain-free. The customer service and quality of work here is on point. Thank you!! I cant wait for my next appointment.

Dr. Krause is terrific, the staff is always very friendly and the massages are wonderful. I would highly recommend Better Back and Body to anyone in need of a good massage or Chiropractic care. They are conveniently located in Juanita area of Kirkland, WA.

Great Drs, really helped out my poor posture and nearly all back pain. My insurance didnt cover the most but it was worth every dollar

I was in extreme pain, I consulted with multiple doctors and back specialists and also I was being prescribed multiple prescriptions that only masked the pain and made me feel like a zombie and it didnt solve the problem. Multiple Drs were pushing for me to get the cortizone shot and/or surgery, something that should be left as a last resort situation. Dr. Krause deep dived into the issue and Ive been pain free for almost two years now. His staff is extremely friendly and they actually care. Anytime my back flares up, he does everything in his power to take care of me and see me asap. Ive moved out from Kirkland and moved to Marysville and I still refuse to see anybody other than him, THANKS Paul! Your dedication and care for people really goes out and beyond!
