I dealt with Grace and Katie for hearing test and adjustments of hearing aids and G W the receptionist several times. They were all very cordial, friendly, obviously experienced and knowledgeable. They were respectful and very thorough and explained any and all details to questions that I had. They also had the patience of Job! I would recommend this facility and office anytime to anyone! They really do care about your experience and progress and youre adjustments to hearing aids.

I recently had my hearing checked at Evergreen Speech and Hearing Clinic and was very impressed with the kindness of the staff, but especially with the young woman who put me through the testing. She was kind, compassionate, well informed, easy to talk with, and she was very thorough with her explanations of what the testing involved and what the results might show. She was helpful and completely made it a fun experience. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Ive had 2 hearing diagnostics at ES and H.The first was quite a few years ago and I was diagnosed with hearing loss. This wasnt a surprise because I work in construction and had been for decades. Way before concerns over hearing loss were being addressed.Fast forward to last month. I am now wearing Oticon Behind The Ear hearing aids. I have to say that I am very happy with these devices.Now, in regards to treatment? From the phone call to make my appointment to the way I was treated throughout the testing, consultation and finally fitting of the devices, I was treated as if I was their one and only patient (customer?).Simply put. They were caring, thoughtful, questioning of my needs and concerns and finally thorough as to the fitment of the devices.First class all of the way.Thank you ESH!

My husband, Sandy, has been a patient for years. Of course, one of his hearing aids decided to go out right before the holidays. I called to see a tech. They offered curbside service, go figure. As we are in the over 65 group, I said great. Tech came out , retrieved his hearing aids, took them in to clean and repair a receiver that went out, and brought them back out to him. This is wonderful and we are so thankful for the service.

The experience Ive had at the Evergreen Speech and Hearing Clinic has been great. It does take time to learn the valuable skills that are taught here. The people Ive worked with have gone out of their way to offer additional assistance when needed. Start to finish, these folks do everything necessary to not only get you the right hearing aids but support them after you leave the office. Its all kinds of little things: remembering your name when you call nine months later. Suggesting scheduling a voice consult appointment the next day in case the tech isnt able to call back today. Answering stupid questions in a reassuring manner. Their goal isnt just to get you fitted and out the door - its to ensure your aids keep working for you. Period. I cant say enough good things about my experiences with every member of the staff, but especially the front desk people. They run the offices as offices should be run.

Everyone that I came in contact here was wonderful. They treated me well and didnt try to down-play my hearing loss, nor did they try to upsell me on hearing aids which was wonderful. The doctor recommended a free app that has been shown to help with tinnitus and I couldnt be happier with the small steps theyre starting me on. 10/10 would recommend going here to anyone who has hearing issues.

This is the best clinic to use! I work for a staffing and recruiting agency and Ive used the Kirkland office for years, it is my go to office! G.E. who works for the Kirkland office or for their network of offices helps me nearly every time I call. G.E. is fast and gets the job done correctly each time. I would not choose another clinic for hearing testing.

Ive been going here for 8 years, ever since I first got BTE hearing aids. These folks give great service and have great products.

The service here is outstanding. Dr. Limb was great with my toddler during his hearing exam. The entire staff was helpful and made the trip very easy. I would not hesitate in recommending them for any need for any age of client. Another outstanding aspect of the office was my appointment was at 2:20pm and we were in to see the doctor at 2:20pm.

Love the staff there. Doctor too. They did explain to us every single test that was done and the results. Very good with Kids answering their questions with patience and smile.

I had to bring my mom into this location to have her devices looked at, specifically the charger, and Lewis was such an amazing person for her to talk to. He really took the extra time to explain things to her and help her understand her device and show her techniques for seating them.He was very personable and professional, hes legitimately the type of guy you want helping you out with these kinds of things, especially for people who might not be as tech savvy.

I love Evergreen Speech and Hearing. They have helped my daughter a great deal with her ability to speak and be comfortable with learning how to say things properly. I personally like the Redmond office better, but that is mostly because the waiting room is set-up better for kids. This office also has toys for kids in the waiting room, but I felt like my girls were in the way of other patients waiting because the waiting room is smaller and without a separate area for kids. The service is just as excellent here.

If you are looking for a clinic that has a warm friendly atmosphere a place that makes you feel as if you have been coming there for years (even though it’s your first appointment). A place where when you walk through the doors you’re met with a beautiful smile, and a warm “Hello”. A place where the wait time is quick and does not feel like an eternity Evergreen Speech and Hearing Kirkland Clinic is the clinic for you. I’ve had the greatest experience.You can’t go wrong coming to this Clinic.

I was impressed with how prompt, professional and caring everyone was at Evergreen Speech and Hearing. A four-year-old can be a challenging patient and everyone in the office was wonderful with my son.

Took my two year old in for a hearing evaluation today! We had a great experience despite being directionally challenged, and running a few minutes late for our appointment! The safe was extremely friends and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

I found both the Audiologiest and Front Desk service unsatisfactory. They schedule you for an appointment, even send you a text message few hours before the appointment and when you show up, you are told that the appointment was cancelled and the slot has been given to someone else. Upon inquiring why, you are told things happen.Then you go another appointment and you are done in 30 minutes. Your results are given on a hand written paper/flyer by the Audiologists.

Staff and Doctor were great and really friendly.My major complaint is that my ENT doctor made the referral for this test on November 24th. They never called me to set up the appointment despite my doctor telling me they usually call in a few days. After 3 1/2 weeks (December 19th) I finally called them and the soonest I could get in for the test was today, Jan 9th. So by the time I see my ENT to go over the results it will have been 2 months. This actually happened for my first set of tests except they did eventually call me after 2 weeks. They still had to schedule me very far out so it was a whole month until I saw my doctor again.While the staff and doctor running the tests were very friendly and comforting, I do wish that whoever does the scheduling would realize that I have been dizzy, nauseous and just miserably sick this whole time. Every month of not getting any closer to test results and a diagnosis is another month I can’t work, exercise, be active or social.
