Teresa is amazing, professional, knowledgeable, caring and more importantly, shes helped to address several of my issues. (Various pains from pregnancy as well as flare-ups from an old car accident.) Shes also been great about addressing my general questions about Acupuncture.

I have been seeing Teresa for acupuncture occasionally over the last five years for chronic low back pain and muscle tension. I am impressed with her professionalism, passion for her work, depth and breath of knowledge and skills, kindness, and warmth. Combination of acupuncture, massage and cupping is something that made me stop going to any other massage therapist and always gets me back on my feet and back to my busy work life. I have been going to Teresa for several years now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I have severe back pain that Ive tried to manage through physical therapy, massage, pain relief medication, and nothing was more than a temporary solution. My mother convinced me to try one last time with acupuncture. And it took a while to convince me - I mean, theres needles everywhere with acupuncture!!! But I will say, this is the only thing that has helped me manage my pain; the only relief I can find when everything else has stopped working. I can now sleep normally, and even lay down without my breath catching from pain. It even helped me get back to working out at my local gym. And the needles - well they do not hurt at all, it turns out! So, thank you, Teresa, for your warmth, knowledge, and help. Im terrified of needles. Teresa works magic though, and I push through my fear because I know Im going to feel amazing when I leave her office. Her work has helped me with some of the PTSD symptoms Ive lived with for way too long. I highly recommend her, especially for first timers like I was. What a difference it makes in my daily life to finally be pain free! My back constantly hurt from holding my camera for extended periods and spending too much time hunched over a computer. I have been going to Teresa Jansen for a few years now. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything before she begins the process; since I have a fear of needles and was apprehensive on going I found this to be such a gentle treatment and actually relaxing.I have lower back pain as my job is sedentary computer work and sitting all day puts a huge strain on your lower back, I also have upper neck pain as well from a serious accident years ago. Acupuncture/Massage has relieved the pain and helped loosen my muscles to keep the spasms few and far between. I have also had Teresa treat my anxiety/stress/depression yes and even hot flashes; I have found this is a better way of managing life than treating it with traditional medicine.
