Charged me $10 for a KN95 mask and it was notEven in it’s original package, it was in a grocery bag. I had to have the mask to transport my Covid infected mother. Very disappointed! They should be ashamed of themselves for price gouging and not selling me something on its. Original package!

This company is anything but cooperative. They will not file our childs insurance for a supply that she must have because the reimbursement is less than their charge, even though they are contracted with the insurance to accept a lesser fee. They will however order it if we pay for it out of pocket and not file our insurance. I understand companies must make money to stay in business, but sometimes you have to lose something and gain somewhere else. Its a shame that the care for a patient is less important than making money on one item.

Went there for a medically prescribed boot for a friend to wear after surgery on his ankle. Was told that his insurance wouldnt pay for it and it had to be out of pocket. LIARS!!!! Called East Point down the street and got a same day appointment for the boot and his insurance DID cover it. These people are liars who only care about their money, NOT the people. If anyone needs medical supplies, call East Point or the medical place near the hospital - DO NOT go to Carolina Medical unless you want to pay a lot out of pocket.

Horrible liars. Told me I’d pay nothing out of pocket then charged me $780 a year later. Turned into a collection agency. My insurance company told me that they paid out $950 to Carolina Home Medical for a device and that it should have covered it. No, This greedy company came up with a bogus charge and will wind up being paid nearly $1800 for a $699.00 device. Seriously, the device sells for $699.00, my insurance paid nearly $1000.00 and I got charged nearly $800.00. These people are CROOKS and liars!!

My 85 year old mother bought a self reclining chair from Rusty back in October of 2016. The chair is defective and she has complained about it since day one. They have had a repair man out 2 times and he suggest the chair be replaced. They keep giving mother lame excuses and all she,wants now is her money back. They told her she couldnt get her money back and they havent done anything but give excuses.Buyer beware,Jerry Hart
