Website advertises results within 24 to 48hours. I recieved a call to set up a zoom conference FIVE days later. I was not given the results unless I agreed to the zoom call. This was very unprofessional. I needed these important results days ago. The exam room was filthy. I called several times and no one answers the phone. Poor excuse for a reputable Covid testing site. I think they are more concerned about getting money from insurance instead of providing a public service and quality health care. Website is very misleading.
