They are very unprofessional and not well trained, we have paid a lot of money for the paternity test which they had done wrong and we will be having to go back once again to redo it. Should be done professionally and accurately it is their job...

The online hours are incorrect they will not take anyone after 11:30 am until 1:00 pm. Showed up at 11:38 and was told that I need to wait until lunch was over. So I get off my current job to come get a test for my future job and still have to wait. Not to mention the clock in the lobby runs about 12 minutes fast and thats the clock they go by. SMH

My daughter needs routine blood work done and we decided to do this locally. The woman who worked with her was very professional, and my daughter barely felt the blood draw happening. Would go back.
