I have been going to eye doctors for more than 45 years. This is by far the best ever...!Dr. Morgan is simply AWESOME...! An excellent listener to the needs and issues of the patient...! The entire Team is very professional and provide great support and service. The location General Manager, Mr. Robert treats each patient with amazing service. I would give them 10 stars 🌟 if possible...!

I have been going to here for a few years now. I’m not sure if they switched out all employees when they switched to the big name Myeyedr. But the lady working in the eye glasses section was extremely rude when a friend and I walked in. This same lady was rude to my friend when she went a couple weeks before. That’s why I went in with her this time. I understand people have bad days and I realize that. But you cannot be rude every time you deal with customers. Sounds like she needs a job where she doesn’t work with people!

Since changing hands and becoming a chain this place of business has changed tremendously. The one provider that I’m aware of that still there is great she does a wonderful job. The individuals that work with actually getting your glasses ordered for you or contacts ordered for you is a toss up. There may be a day that you get a very knowledgeable person who orders exactly what you want and gets it sent to you immediately. Or you may get someone who has no idea what they’re doing orders the wrong frames the wrong prescription and you have to bring him back and have them re-ordered and wait longer. Hopefully this was just A one time thing. I’ve been going this office for 15 years and I’ve always been pleased up until last year with their service. Hopefully these mishaps only occurred due to the recent change.

Its been a year and I have no glasses they are continuing to argue with me about a filter I have had on my glasses for the past 7 years that I got at my neurological optometrist prescribed called fl41 which is red and they are trying to say that light pink is the filter when they had never heard of it before I got there. Dont waste your time or money here just go to Americas best eye care they are less expensive care more and gives you better care and options without trying to convince you they know more about a neurological disorder that they had never heard of. I asked to get clear lenses so I could get them dipped properly somewhere else and they told me no. Just such a huge waste of time and energy that I dont have to spare. Just talked to the manager and she is havOMG the clear ones made and she had seen my previous tint to know that pink is too light

If there was anyway I could give 0 stars I would. OMG where do I start. My first visit my prescription was wrong so I rescheduled to have it adjusted. Guess what, second visit prescription was wrong again. Not to mention I was told to come into the office only to get there and the doors were lock. Still giving them a chance to make it right I rescheduled to have them change my prescription AGAIN. Long story short I have over $200 worth of contacts that I dont wear because I cant see with them. Dont even waste your time or money.

They were so wonderful! He helped me fix my glasses with out hesitation and was so kind. I would defently recommend them to anyone! He made it so easy. I had to go back because my glasses kept sliding on my face. Ive got to tell you they were so kind. They didnt look at me like I was crazy or it was my fault they were very polite. Even told me if they kept giving me trouble I could go back and they would adjust them more. If there were six stars they would get six stars!

Don;t waste your time. I tried to make an appointment in September. Got an answering machine.. The didnt return my message. October I made an appointment for December 28. Only one I could get this year. Showed up on the 28th, they asked if I have tested positive for Covid. I said yes, six weeks ago. They would not see me without a negative test result. I agree with being safe, but when you texted me 3 times confirming my appointment and said nothing about you safety protocols, it is not very helpfully to your patients. I used an hour of vacation from work, not to mention wasted a whole year of eye insurance premiums because I couldnt see the doctor this calendar year. I had trouble in the past attempting to get appointments with them, I should have learned then or maybe just lied about my Covid test or told them it was against HIPAA regulations to even ask.

Excellent optical shop and Excellent DR

My visit was excellent. Danielle was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me pick out my glasses. I would highly recommend this eye doctor because of her! I will be returning back to this location after seeing Dr. Reese all these years.

Every time I have ever been to see Dr. Reese I have had a pleasant experience. Dr. Reese and the staff were wonderful. Holly got me in as quick as she could with the other doctor since Dr. Reese was no longer in Kinston. Danielle in optical was very knowledgeable and is going to help me with my next pair when I come back.

I am only giving this one star based on the lack of customer service. I have been a long time patient and once it changed to MyEyeDr it’s been awful. I arrived to my appointment on time and greeted at the door by a lady I did not recognize. She immediately asked if I had an appointment and I told her yes. She then told me to come inside and remove my mask while she took my temperature. Then she gave me a new mask to put on.. what was wrong with my mask? Then she asked me to have a seat and someone would be with me. Not one person asked if my insurance had changed or anything. Totally rude. If it was for Dr. Michels, I would not go back.My husband recently ordered glasses from this same place and was told they would be mailed. They arrived today in a large manila envelope with no bubble wrap or anything. Case and glasses just thrown inside. After spending $300+ on them, this is what he gets?!Highly would not recommend any new patients.

If I could I would not have given any stars. I have been going to this office for years and the customer service has drastically declined since changing to MyEyeDr. I called today trying to make an appointment for my son and the person that answered the phone, Holly, kept escalating her voice asking me what I was saying. Her tone was very harsh and unpleasant. Because we have gone here for years, I didnt understand why I was being questioned about my insurance. Instead of her sharing they had new systems and not all patient information transferred she informed me that I couldnt make an appointment until they had insurance information. I finally got aggravated enough that I just said, Id find another doctor. Also, some of the associates on the optical side are very opinionated in what they think you should pick for glasses. Its sad because Ive been a patient of both Dr. Michael and Dr. Reese for many years. I will not be returning to this office and would not recommend it to anyone and its not because of the doctors but all that you have to go through before you get to the doctor.

Excellent they are the best!! Holly helped me so much and took time to explain my benefits. I will be back.

Recently, I purchased several pair of glasses from MyEyeDr and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. From Holly, who checked me in upon arrival, to Daren who assisted me with choosing glasses that worked for me, and Danielle who helped me when I was checking out. The staff at MyEyeDr. is outstanding!

I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received when dealing with the optical shop. Picking out glasses has been a pleasant experience but after that initial order and after paying full price for lenses and frames, customer service ceases to exist. In the past two weeks, I’ve left voicemails that have gone without returned calls. Issues with delivery are the lab’s fault. When I have managed to speak with someone, my order is supposedly on the way but then there is no follow up.All of my family members wear glasses but we willbe looking to buy glasses elsewhere after this latest experience.
