When I arrived, I knew Id made a mistake because the shop was filthy and she herself was unkempt and disheveled. However, my fiance had already paid her so I tried to make it work. When I attempted to explain my choice of style she became increasingly rude and unprofessional to the point that I demanded his money back and walked out. I am not surprised that others have had bad experiences here as well.

I would not recommend using this salon . I went for microbraids. She told me 240 then braided my natural hair half way although we discussed it was to be braided to the end because its not relaxed. Then she braided the ones one top most of the way but then I the middle and back left a good amount of my hair unbraided. I then told me I would need to pay 300 to braided to the end. I would NEVER go here or recommend anyone else to go . Its a fraud.

I booked an appointment and she changed it for a later time and still didn’t show up when I called her she wouldn’t answer if she didn’t want to do hair why booked me for that day it was a waste of time and very unprofessional I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone

They are expensive but i gotta say she did a very good job on my hair very fast I will be going be going back very gentle on your hair

The ladies were very friendly. My kids box braids turned out lovely and neat. My kids said they were gently at braiding and would love to go back. I recommend Khady hair braiding Kinston Nc.

We started around 5:00 am, and I was ready by 9:00am. Very nice and neat braids.

I know things happen but first off she was 45 mins late...second I asked for small long box braids my braids are not small at all..then she try to make it a money issue wen that ain’t an issue at all I have more than enough money to pay for my hair..I wasn’t offered to fix it so I gave her $20 less..don’t get me wrong my hair is cute but I asked for small for a reason and I will not be back..
