Very poor call returns. Called yesterday and still have not hear back from them or my pharmacy. My pharmacy gets an A+ rating.

I have been a patient here for almost 5 years. I see 2 Drs from this practice, Dr.Amber Mitchell & Dr.Janet Tamai, both of whom are amazing doctors, that are always kind and compassionate. Stacy is one of the head nurses in the practice and she is always there to meet you with a smile on her face! The reception staff is pleasant and always quick to help with any issues that may arise. In my opinion they do their absolute best to accomodate you given how busy the practice gets. Darlene is always quick and efficent at getting prior authorizations handled so that there is no delay in treatment. The only negative I have found is that there is always a wait for my Dr. But at the same time she is thorough and takes her time to make sure you are heard and treated!! I have never had an unpleasant experience with any of the Drs or other staff. Unlike many other busy practices I have never felt rushed or judged by my Drs or staff. My phone calls are always returned in a timely manner, 9/10 times they are returned the same day, if not they are calling first thing the following morning! The staff is always there to answer all of my questions. My only recommendation is to allow extra time for your appointment so that waiting is not an issue for your schedule. I am very pleased with this practice and always recommend them when asked. THANK YOU TO ALL THE DRS AND STAFF! KEEP DOING A WONDERFUL JOB😃🙏

Dr. Vieira has been wonderful with helping me find migraine relief. I found his intake to be very comprehensive, he takes his time and appears to be very thoughtful and knowledgeable in his work.

Moms in the hospital again,while taking opiots subscribed by Dr.Richard Burzine.She has a braim tumor,siezures,and is addicted to tylenol #4 with codiene,she went to 3 doctors in one week to get these pills,her nearologist im Westchester said no as well as her family doctor,so she fimds Burzine,and he was more than happy to give her 90 of them,without checking out her medical history.She went in the hospital again for breathing problems,she also has sores on arms amd legs,constipation,swallowing,had a heat attack in april,amd the lizt goes on.Thats whats wrong with tge drug problem out there.The doctors give them what they want.There handing opiots out like it were candy.We,oir family at least half of us have told these doctors shes overdozing.Youde think they would red flag her as a pill seeker,but no,they give her what she wants,and the hell we go through while shes on them.Yeah,V.Joy thats my mom,and ide like to see her live awhile longer,shes only 74 and at this rate it might not be very long.I will keep writing reviews until shes flagged.
