Dr. Costley is a great doctor. He is caring and kind. He has been my doctor for many years. He is very knowledgeable and I have followed him to 2 different practices and 3 different locations! I would not consider ever leaving his care ! I want to thank him for the great care he has given me over the years !

As a Retired Paramedic Director and Hospital Administrator.. I have yet to meet a finer Family Physician. His depth of knowledge and caring for your concerns is evident in every word spoken. Never rushed. He has guided me to improve diet and life style in true concern for long term quality of life. Healthy as a horse now...but its good to have a man in the paddock.

The best primary care physician Ive ever seen. Super professional, super attentive and the Office was excellent.

This is the first time I don’t feel like I’m being “scolded” by my doctor. He is knowledgeable, actually takes the time to talk to you, and very friendly. His staff has been a hit/miss situation but could’ve just been a bad day for them. Regardless, I’m very happy to have Dr.Costley as my primary. Reputation is very well deserved!

Dr. Costley was primary physician for my 90+ y/o father and myself (an NP) from 2012 through 2016 when he took time to volunteer and hopefully refresh himself. I was offered multiple opportunities to choose another physician to continue my care, but had heard Dr. Costley was to return to the area and I waited because he has truly been the most caring, knowledgeable and holistic practitioner I have known.Hope he has time to begin seeing me again.
