Bit of a wait...but staff was efficient and friendly. Dr penumetsa was professional and friendly. Listened to my concerns and discussed a plan of action. I feel very confident and comfortable going forward.

Dr. Penumetsa was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me to come up with an action plan for my GI issues. He was very thorough when explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. He answered any questions I had and was very kind. The staff at his office were also very friendly. I felt much better after my visit today with regard to being able to manage my GI issues more efficiently. I would highly recommend this doctor!

Good luck getting these folks to call you back to schedule an appointment. I’ve called 3 times now over the course of a month or more and left “detailed voice messages” only to never receive a return call. It would be nice if I’d at least been advised as to why they are not accepting new patients. Otherwise it seems their reception and customer service is lacking.

This was my 1st appointment into his office. My first impression was not good. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15 AM I arrived about 10 minutes prior office space is ok, receptionist seem frazzled, I checked in and sat down to be called back to see the doctor. I waited in the waiting room 35 minutes then was escorted to exam room. I sat in the exam room for another 45 minutes. In total I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes just to talk with the doctor. I understand things happen but an emergency didnt seem to be part of his issues it sounds like over scheduling and poor time management. Long story short I did express my displeasure with the doctor and have opted not to go back to see him. I am going to another doctor that respects folks time better.

Appointment and treatment were personal and detailed. All my questions were answered professionally. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is on behalf of my father...Charles Lore....I was supposed to have a coloscopy by Dr. Penumetsa. On my way to the hospital, I was only 15 minutes away....I got a call cancelling the procedure. This is after going through the whole regimen that you need to do. His office reschedule me for a week later. So the day before I start the regimen, like your supposed to, when I am half way through it, and decide to call the hospital to find out what time my procedure was scheduled, since i didnt hear from them....and they tell me that they dont have me scheduled at all. His office never scheduled me, and have no explanation on why. So my wife missed 2 days of work, plus I had to pay for Miralax, which isnt cheap...and the Gatorades. All his office said was they want to reschedule me AGAIN. I will not go back to this doctor, and I would NOT recommend him to anyone else.

He is very kind, attentive, and calm. He takes the time to explain things to his patients and makes sure all questions are addressed. He has great bedside manner and is very thorough

I was in the hospital and I told him that I couldnt drink the prep to to stomach cramps. He got nasty with me and when he did the procedure he never came to me after I was done. I went back up to my room and he never came up and told me what was wrong or what he did. The wright center came in and told me. Will never want him to do anything to me again. Very nasty and unprofessional

Best GI doctor in the area. Dr. Penumetsa is very down to earth, takes the time to listen to his patients, and has a great bedside manner. He recently diagnosed me with Cealic Disease and was able to help me with a new lifestyle. Also his staff is fantastic, especially Maureen. I was prescribed a medication, and she when above and beyond to make sure it was gluten free. Thanks for all your help!
