The absolute worst. Not only do they not listen to the you. They push treatment that has nothing to do with the issue.... like when u go in expecting to get a referral for a G.I and instead get a recommendation for hypnosis... yes u read that right.πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ and Im sure it had nothing to do with the fact the physician I was seeing also does the hypnosis treatment. Im sure thats a cawincadence

The wait just on the phone is over a hour then when you get to your appointment the nurse puts you in the back and your literally waiting on a doctor for two or more hours. I’m so tired of COVID being the blame for everything this doctors office has been open during the whole COVID period. Don’t come here unless your willing to wait hours.

Im not usually the person to leave a review for anything, ever. But Im sitting in this office right now and Im sure they forgot Im in here. I waited for an hour and a half after I saw my nurse, and I had to knock on the door to remind them I still needed to be seen. This is not my first incident at this office.

I have no idea how the Kingston office is still in business.Called to book a dents appointment - was told to just go somewhere else. Called back and was booked out 2 months. Got a call reminder for the wrong time because someone messed up my appointment. Called back to reschedule to the correct time. Was called the day after to reschedule because β€œthe doctor isn’t coming in the office” but you can only come in if you’re having pain and they could reschedule me for a month out. You guys are the worst company I’ve ever ever ever gone to appointments for. 0 help from the staff for accommodating for waiting several months. Good luck, you’ll need it.

NEGLIGENT!!! NEGLIGENT!! NEGLIGENT!!I dont know who to even complain about, the staff at the office I go to or the staff at the call center. Actually, I already am FULLY aware of the massive inabilities by the call center, its pathetic. I have worked at call center myself, these people are beyond unprofessional, they are lazy, and most of all they do not care one bit about you or your families health. Neither do the doctors. I have been trying to get a prescription changed that is out of stock due to the pandemic at my pharmacy for a month .I have left messages and so has my pharmacy, no response from the doctor. Apparently they just dont care at all about my kid! So sad that these people are health professionals that we have to rely on.When I called today to get an update the call center left a message with the dr again, when I asked how I knew this would even get to the doctor or that the doctor would call me back I was HUNG UP ON. When I called back to file a complaint against the employee I was told this is a call center when I asked to speak to a supervisor.... call centers have supervisors too. Now waiting on a call from the supervisor and my DOCTOR totally in quotes because in my opinion her medical license should be taken away for not caring about her patients.

If your child is sick and need to see someone quickly this is not the place. You’ll sit on hold for 40 minutes then get disconnected. Then call back and sit on hold again. The emergency room will get you in quicker. They used covid as an excuse to stop answering the phones and talk to patients directly. They used to answer right away, answer your questions, get you scheduled and get you off the phone. This is a joke. Poor poor system and I’m sure they’ll lose people who have been using them for years for how difficult they make it to ask a simple question.

So, I bring patients to this hospital all the time... there have been a couple times I have been late with these patients and they have made us wait.. which is understandable... but now it almost seems like they are punishing patients for being late.. I have this one particular patient.. that has been late about 4 times now, 1st time it was a half hour late we got there and they made us wait a hour, I get that.. so we waited... same patient, we were about 20 minutes late, they made him wait 45 minutes.. same patient, about 15 min late, made us wait about a hour and a half.. same patient today.. they made us wait 3 hours for being 10 minutes late..n we are not from around here any hospital I have ever been to has always worked with the patients if they were less then 15 minutes late.. what is going on? Is it okay to punish patients like this? Especially if they are relying on rides and their ride has to wait 3 hours... I had other rides I had to give today and now I lost out on that money.. i am very upset and completely disgusted that they would treat their patients this way. And this is not the only patient they have done this to.. there has been about 3 I have noticed a pattern... what can be done? It isnt my fault we are late but it doesnt matter why we are late isnt there ANY leeway time for the patients of this hospital that come from a hour away? I am thoroughly upset and disgusted. I really wish they would work that out.. give patients like 10 to 15 minute leeway time... because honestly now my whole day is shot because of 10 minutes ? Really?

I understand that things are difficult now but, you must expect at least a 1/2 hour on hold waiting to talk to someone, the other day I was caller #32 and when I finally became caller #1 I was disconnected. Not a good practice IMHO

It’s sad that the ratings are so low for this place mainly for the front desk but i now understand why. they’re the first impression on the place when you walk in. For me there was some sort of β€œmiscommunication” with the apt i had made which was frustrating but easy to move on from. It was the back and forth between the three of them questioning β€˜what to do next’ and correcting each other on how they should be communicating with us. as if they didn’t know what they were doing ? and once you are finished dealing with them you wait for the nurse and the doctor , which was fine they were good but then when you leave you have to check out. naturally i waited by the sign that says β€œcheck out” and the lady that was there was on the phone and after a minutes shoed me to go to the front desk almost like i was supposed to know to go there since she was on the phone. And again with the three ladies up front, i stood and asked if there was anything i needed to do before i leave and they just stared at me asked if i gave the dr what i needed and when i said yes they all just went back to what they were doing, so i took that was the okay to leave. This was just my experience and for me personally how they handled everything sucked.

When I first signed up as a new patient in February 2019 I thought the place was ok as service from staff seemed to be efficient. Sadly I was wrong with that because as of now September 2019 I have decided to change doctor. I am changing because I am not satisfied, firstly with my assigned doctor, Dr West as she has not worked with me and helped me how I thought she would. Second, it has taken all this time for things to get in place as it took a while for all my records from previous places to be sent and received which I think is not very good given all the technology available that is meant to help make getting access to records easier. I feel the only service that is good there is the therapy service as my therapist Michelle is lovely I will stay on with that hopefully if I can however not with anything else.

Was misdiagnosed by a physician. They did not take a lab test to fully diagnose just took one look. I went for a second opinion and got lab testing done and it was negative. Was given medication that I was taking when I was misdiagnosed. Filed a complaint end of December was told I would be called back within 1 week of their disciplinary actions against this physician for their negligence and still have not received a call back almost 1 month later. Useless practice. This is my 3rd misdiagnosis by this practice by 3 different physicians in my 1 year of visiting them. Would not recommend

They were good until my Dr. Retired. I have been trying to get a physical form filled out so I can go back to work. Today was the deadline for the physical and I will have to wait 3months now before I can go back to work. Due to Dr. West ignoring my request for over a wk. Getting a new Dr. And I am completely done with Family practice Doctors. Receptionist wrote multiple notes and West still could not be bothered. Outraged and beyond angry.

It is easy to tell that everyone who works at this health center is overworked and likely underpaid, but they have offered me nothing but kindness and care in a time of great need. From administrative staff to nurse practitioners, phlebotomist, social workers, doctors, and visiting medical students, I have been treated with nothing but dignity and a sense that they believed me when I reported suffering and they are all doing their utmost to alleviate it. They are doing this for populations that much of the traditional medical institutions discards or treats as problems instead of people. I am incredibly grateful to be among those people.

Reception is fairly rude and brusque. Hung up on me before I finished talking, while talking. Medical professionals are skilled and friendly ,but a whole lot of waiting. I usually leave with at least one unaddressed issue. Good enough for a sliding scale clinic.

I was very sick so I decided to call Saturday urgent care to make appointment to see doctor. But operator who pick up the phone was very rude. She did not even listen to me, put me on hold more then 15 min never pick up the phone. Then I hang up and call back again, she put me on hold again, I wait more than 10 minutes, she didnt pick up the phone. I am not very happy with their service. Then I decided to go another urgent care facility.

Front desk manner is really bad! Especially Cathy, she feels the need to call out on patients for calling Caremount Medical a hospital! Made me feel like I am a stupid for calling it Caremount hospital instead of Caremount Medical?! She also was very rude to me cause I wanted a different referral cause the one I had is only taking patients for June and I am out here with my medical problems in need to be seen urgently! People call them in need people who are sick and they feel the need to treat them like β€œthey are good for nothing”! Really bad service! Get new receptionists who treat humans like human not a dumbo! I have worked in hospitals as receptionist too but never in my career any one had anything against my service.

I have been waiting for a week for a call back to speak with someone and set up an appointment about one of their programs - after leaving 3 messages (Ellenville, New Paltz, Kingston) - nothing......and finally, I called again today and explained to (2) different receptionists in (2) different locations what my situation was - sorry cant help you....leave your name and number someone will get back to you.......

I approached the Family Center because of the information given over the phone (by the Center) that they had income based reduced fees. There was a flyer at the Center about this.When arriving at the family Center I was then told that the financial consultation would take place after seeing first the docs. Maybe for scheduling reasons, I do not know. The financial counselor that I eventually did see informed me that even though my income for 2011 was under the amount they quoted I was not eligible for a reduction of the rates of the Family Center.
