Great environment to work! The gym is clean and the staff can be seen at anytime of day going about yhe task of cleaning. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Use to love this place under previous management, however the past 2 years it appears the staff at the stone drive location creates drama, spreads rumors, and continously concerned about the patrons personal lives. Witnessed 1st hand when I was approached by staff to hear negative comments about others and I asked not to be involved. These issues, I have heard from others have been brought up with owner nothing is done. With the accessibility of the numerous gyms in our area, I have not been to this gym but maybe 2 times in last few months because I choose to stay away from drama. I still have membership because I do enjoy Piney flat location when I in the area.. The physical aspects of the gym is the humidity and temperature to workout in. This has been a continuous complaint also, their solution they bought a fan and put it in front of treadmill.

Enjoy the personal training I receive and the manager is very professional.

Great floor layout. Plenty of room around machines and free weights, so youre not tripping over everyone in the gym.Good selection and variety of machines and also apparently has tanning available, but I havent used it so I cant review.

There are so many good things to talk about in terms of this gym; the equipment, the staff, the trainers, etc. However, what stands out the most is that it has 24/hour access, the people are friendly, and the staff are supportive of you and your goals. If youre serious about a great atmosphere and becoming stronger, this is the gym for you. I cant recommend it enough.

Has everything I need, equipment, tanning, advice, pointers, nutrition and personal trainers are also available24/7 operation and kept very clean. Secure operation.

This is a fantastic place to work out even if you are a beginner or already in very good physical shape. The trainer here Marlene Thomas has helped me tremendously and the equipment is in fantastic shape!

I love this gym. I have started going to improve my heath. So many nice people here.

Best gym and best owner of a gym of anywhere. Great environment, great people and the best equipment. If you are wanting to actually get solid workout in and be with motivating people this is it.

Excellent place love it

It is a very big hassle to cancel a membership. They took 50$ out of my account on two occasions because my friend didn’t pay and they happened to have my card info on file. They refuse to give it back and it takes over a month to cancel.
