Crysta is amazing. I’ve shopped around for therapy a long time. She’s been the first one I can just unload everything on with no judgment or criticism. She helps me challenge myself and the things going on in my life head on, but easily goes at your pace whenever needed. She’s extremely knowledgable and knows how to help guid someone in many different situations. If you ever gave her even just one try, one session, you’d see how great she is and you’d for sure want to go back. I can’t say enough on how awesome she is.
