I am no stranger to lash extensions. They’re my favorite let me start off by saying. Booked my appointment one MONTH in advance. I got a call ONE day before my appointment to push it back an hour later. Luckily I was able too! I checked out the Facebook lash page and was looking forward to it. Their salon is very nice! When I arrived I was told the lady who was supposed to do my lashes was out so she had another girl fill in for her. Nice, talkative, no issues there BUT I was told before booking that they had volume lashes and when the girl was about to start on my lashes I asked “don’t I need to tell you what size of lash I’d like”??? To my surprise she said they only did 1-2 bigger than my NATURAL lashes. I have SUPER SHORT lashes. I thought about leaving but I really wanted them done for my bday the day after so I took the chance. Also I’d read on the FB page EVERY last set came with a free eyebrow wax and didn’t get that either. Didn’t complain just paid bcuz I still let her work on my lashes after her telling me so.... unfortunately, every reason that I booked my appt., suddenly wasn’t valid :( I’d been better off gluing $5-10 lashes from Walmart than pay $100 for simplicity. Recommend to those who like the natural look!

The ladies there are very nice and listen to what you want done. I would recommend this salon to anyone who needs a great hair experience!! They also offer many other services.

Awkward!!! Called to get more information on business as I needed to get a full set, pedi and my hair shampoo cut and style. I asked if they had any experience with curly mixed hair and the woman just went silent and it literally took her a minute to answer me then said yea no we don’t really do that here.

I have curly hair and havent gotten it cut in over 6 years because I have a hard time finding someone to cut my hair correctly but at Tranquility, they were on point! And so nice! I felt so at ease and my hair looked awesome. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

A bit more expensive then just going to Walmart or super cuts buts its worth it and I would say the prices are fair. Kinda like getting a tattoo, you get what you pay for. The staff are experienced and know what they are doing. Ive never had a hairdresser I frequent, like it never mattered to me who I saw, but after Crystal saved my hair and worked her magic shes the only lady I see now. Love this place. They also do nails and have a boutique, havent been to either yet but Ive seen some of their work and it looks good yet to see a unhappy customer leave and have seen a lot of repeat customers. (when I go im usually there for a couple hours cause we have fun doing different dye designs with my hair)

I really enjoy visiting Tranquility Salon and Spa! The staff are so pleasant and professional and strive to make sure your experience is relaxing. I enjoy the pedicures and shopping in the boutique. I have also received waxing services and have been so happy with all my services and experiences there everytime. A friend of mine got her makeup and hair done and it was flawless and beautiful. Lots of services and they always cut my hair 💇 perfectly. Nice atmosphere and after your done walk around downtown for a quick lunch or visiting cafes and antique stores. Great parking. Bring cash for your services though.
