We really like Comfort Keepers! They are very sweet, courteous, kind hardworking individuals. They do everything they can to make our mom feel safe and cared for. We are very happy with this organization, and I highly recommend them.

We have had a caretaker for our mother since September. She and all the others have been wonderful, so caring, and so professional. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers, they provide outstanding care and the staff is very considerate, easygoing, and flexible to work with.

I was very pleased with the caregivers that provided care to my mother in my home for 16 months. The caregivers were compassionate and professional; over the last 4 months, 24-7 care was necessary, and Comfort Keepers ensured that this transition was seamless. Comfort Keepers was very responsive to all our needs, and my mother felt very secure with the care that was provided.

I dont know if I have just been lucky or what, but every single person they have sent has significantly exceeded expectations.Four and not five stars because:* When you call them, they play non-stop advertisements while you are on hold. Seriously, I am already a customer, I am trying to work at my computer, and I have better things to do than listen to somebodys self-serving BS while waiting. Is somebody trying to drive me away?* Three times now, the scheduler has changed the arrival time of the caregiver without telling me. God forbid I should have a meeting or an appointment...Change, I can deal with, but you have to *tell* me.But still, the half-dozen caregivers I have seen so far have been of the highest quality one could ask for.
