Provider’s office obviously schedules 2 patients per appointment slot and cancels the one with adverse insurance. Even cancels children’s appointment the day of. Completely unprofessional. No respect for a person’s time. This office had the nerve to bill insurance for a visit they double booked me for and I never saw the provider. I waited in the office for over an hour. I can’t believe they would be that bold. That’s fraud and I will definitely be calling the insurance company to report it.
